Chase Bank N Green St, Brownsburg

The ATM in the drive thru hasn't worked in months, the inside one only had 100's in it. How is this location so poorly ran compared to all the other chase bank locations? Get your stuff together....

Just left this branch and the gentleman who sits in the first office on the left as you are walking in is absolutely amazing. I didn’t get his name but he is extremely helpful and when out of his way to even show a feature the chase app.

Man the hospitality at this location is amazing, I was waiting on someone to deposit a check, and the employees at this location was checking on me during the whole time I was waiting in the lobby, even gave me some useful information!

Went in to cash in some rolled coins. Very friendly tellers and wonderful service.

Tellers and basic banking fine. But every time I’ve needed to speak with a banking associate at this location I’ve had to wait for 30+ mins. There’s typically only 1 banker in office at a time. Even then they’re unhelpful and condescending. Chase customer service is slipping and this branch is a prime example.

Only giving one star because in order to leave a review you have to at least rate it everything was fine for over a year my husband would take his payroll checks from JP Morgan and cash them at this Branch he doesn't have an account he would pay $8 every single Friday to cash his check his driver's license expired so for 6 months I was cashing his checks for him with him present each time he was endorsing them to me and then all of a sudden they refused to let us do it any longer said they had no records of us in the system cashing any checks and that it was against the law and then the next time that we came in to maybe find out if it was a mistake we got extremely disrespected and told that the lady remembered us from the last time as if we were trying to do something mischievous when in reality all I wanted to know was who was pocketing my $8 for over a year if it's against their policy to cash a check without an account so my husband got his license reinstated and of today and they still refuse to cash his checks because he needs to open an account with them otherwise their claim is that it is illegal and or against policy I guess it depends on which branch manager you talk to stories are always different they don't understand that it is physically impossible to open an account with them because they want to nickel-and-dime you for everything and suck you dry my husband and I do not make enough money to be able to afford a Chase account it's not our fault that his boss chooses to do payroll through their company or at least use checks from JP Morgan we went ahead and open an account with First Merchants Bank and have no monthly fees they will cash his checks with no problem and we're definitely going to set up direct deposit I've never been more disappointed in a bank in my life I'm thankful for First Merchants for being there for all of our issues and never turning us away when it comes to needing our money that we work very hard for I will never recommend Chase to anyone nor has anyone recommended Chase to me I don't even recommend going into this Branch alone extremely unprofessional rude as can be and stories always changing nothing to accommodate us or options that we could get the issues resolved the branch manager told us that we can have our boss come in and cash our check for us but I don't see JP Morgan coming in and cashing her check for her if she were to have issues but for some reason she seems to think that anyone else's boss or owner of the company would do that for them when in reality the owner of her company would never do that for her there are a lot of issues that could be fixed with this company and they really need to start at communication and maybe a better filing system to have names on records of people who have cash checks -5 stars is for me 10/10 do not recommend ever

Chase has the worse customet service. And the cashier was too busy on her to get to us. I always advice friends to find a real bank.

Misleading and unhelpful In attempting to pay Mortgage. I was given erroneous information then charged an additional $ 25.00 for that erroneous information.

This chase has a much better staff than the other Brownsburg location in my experience
