Was denied notary service for a work related document I've had notarized annually at this location since 2019. This was very frustrating for me, as I was in this location on 2/15/22 with a coworker who had this very same document notarized for them. Will likely be stopping use of this location after over 8 years and seeking a different chase branch to use.

The lady in customer service was not very professional. She seemed to be only interested in open new accounts and get her incentives, but she was not aware of many internal policies, so she made me waste a lot of time and we couldn't open the account... In the last moment, she even made me feel like I was discriminated because I was not citizen. I finally went to other Chase Branch (with much more professional staff) and I could open the account with NO problem. The problem in the Rand Rd Branch is lack of professionalism and training.

In a fast, don't have time to concern myself with my own concerns, it nice to know Chase bank feels differently. Their one and only concern is you. If you've "Only just begun," with planning your financial family to being a "Superstar" planning your retirement, you can count on Chase to be there. They were for me.

I have been banking there since 1977. Since Chase took over it has been a pleasure to bank there. Friendly and helpful professional people.

VP of Bank incorrectly filled out forms for an UTMA account. After 3 weeks and 3 reps with different responses, I still don't have an account open. I plan on going back to the bigger Schaumburg branch off Meachum with a higher standard. I don't plan to go back to a location that can't open up an account correctly, especially when they are the VP of the bank. I guess I should have looked more at the reviews, one other person can't even find their 529 at the bank that was opened, they clearly don't know how to handle investments.

Employees always pleasant, some personal bankers are more knowledgeable than others in this branch. I prefer to go to the main bank in Chicago.

I had an excellent experience with my business banker, Adam Kranich. He helped me make a smooth transition from closing my old business account to a new one, and he gave me very helpful advice on starting up my new business. He provided me with excellent customer service on multiple occasions, personally calling me up to ask me about my experience with CHASE and if there was anything else he could do to help. He was also good about sharing with me some of the features of their CHASE mobile app (which I use on my iPhone), and their desktop website platform. Some big enterprise banks have gotten themselves a deservedly bad reputation for taking advantage of smaller businesses and the public at large in these tough economic times. I can honestly say that CHASE has not treated me that way, which is why I continue to bank with them. If you are considering opening up a new business account, I highly recommend asking for Adam. GC

I just called this bank (Rand Rd) about opening a 2nd 529 plan for baby #2 on the way, and they can't "FIND" my son's 529 investment account my husband and I opened 2 years ago. This is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL and downright SICKENING... I will be reporting.
