Chase Bank W 167th St, Country Club Hills

Worst chase branch ever they had me sitting in drive thru line for about 10-12 minutes without acknowledging me and then I had to keep pressing call button then they get mad because I complained about sitting there 10/12 minutes for withdrawal slip and tell me I coulda walk inside

This branch is just slow. I sometimes drive out of my way to another branch to conduct business because they are soooooooo slow. Just totally unacceptable. Hire more people or close.

Waited over 30 minutes in business drive thru lane on previous visit. Hours posted show that lobby and drive thru open at 9 am, it is almost 10am and drive thru is still closed. One of the slowest branches I have ever dealt with. I have also tried to call this branch on several occasions and they never answer the phone.

For 2 1/2 years I have been going through the same payment process each month and never have a ran into a issue because a hyphenated last name 😒! You can only imagine how it feels when a banker is denying to to service you because of a simple fix like that ! There is no consistency with chase at all !

People in this bank is full of $h!t. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time going.

Everyone took lunch at the same time. Had to wait for a banker to come off lunch break to help me. She was very helpful no one was at the front it was clis3d.

Because of covid-19, my wife was unable to enter the lobby, which is completely understandable. She was trying to get money out of our account and the lady at the drive up would not give her cash, and would not give her a cashier check. She did not offer any information about where the nearest open lobby was and was very rude. I'm to understand that we're not allowed to get our money out of the bank? My wife is NOT driving around all creating during an pandemic to try to find an open lobby. I called the location 4 times, to get clarification after I was informed of this, and nobody ever picked up the phone. This is completely unacceptable behavior.

Waited over 20 minutes in a 5 car line just to get to third place in line. Extremely slow service! Can't win with Chase. Have tried depositing in ATM and checks and cash have gotten stuck only to be resolved a week later. I will say the teller working the drive-thru was very courteous. Perhaps they are understaffed.

I use to come to this Chase all the time. They need to work on their time and having more people help out at the counter. The girls that work their are very sweet, it's not their fault that their manager doesn't staff more people.

They didn’t do their job, and customer service was horrible. I’ve been trying to cash my check for 3 hours now and no one wants to help me.
