Chase Bank S Western Ave, Carpentersville

My family members stopped by this local Chase bank to inquire more about a transaction. One of the Chase team members, Yvette A., was extremely unhelpful and continuously talked over me as I tried to explain the situation. Adding insult to the injury, Yvette communicated rudely and condescendingly. By far, the worst experience we have had with Chase Bank. Please coach this team member on being an active listener, more professional, and kind. Yvette could learn a lot from one of her colleagues, who was compassionate, respectful, and friendly.

Not the worst chase. But gotta wait in line everytime...

Not enough people working here. Place is super busy with people waiting in line for assistance. They also don’t have signs guiding people that need counters to the back. So if you need something, just go thru the drive thru so it’s easier and you’re not waiting for no reason. Need better management, more staff, and better communications to customers

This is overall a great bank, I am a coin collector and when I walked in the tellers where happy to help me with coins, while they don't accept loose coins, they do however give loose coins depending on what it is. Social distancing setup is great and I felt safe while inside.

Absolutely the worst bank ever! A banker by the name of Anna allowed someone who falsified themselves as my father into our accounts. Anna changed my father’s demographics to match the stranger’s info on our account. That man was able to walk out with a new debit card! Now chase does not want to give us back that money! Your money is definitely not safe here! Thank you Anna!!!

The banker, Oscar at this branch has been very helpful. The man is patient and most important , can and has resolved issues with my account in a very efficient manner. The guy is good. Ask for Oscar.

Great location! Rob was extremely helpful in setting us up with a Chase business account and squeezed us into his busy schedule.

After 4 days of phone calls and issues at my local branch. We came to this branch and Rob was able to resolve my issue within 30 minutes. I literally had tears of joy.

I forgot his name but it was not Eddie or Oscar. He is a younger banker with the corner office. I can’t say enuff. He was great. Eager to help. Personable, friendly, I told him my issue and he didn’t stop till it was fixed. GREAT WORK!!! Thanks
