Chase Bank WA, Bonney Lake

I went in to get some papers notarized and Amber Bradshaw was amazing!!! She helped me immediately and was able to notarize my papers very quickly. She is very friendly and didn't get upset that I had 5 separate papers to do and on top of that, there was no charge!!! I also called before I went in and the person was very friendly and even though they closed in the next hour, she said come on in. I appreciate everything and everyone at this branch!!!!

To the owner. The autistic young man has an account with your bank put his final check from his work place over 750 dollars and guess what he can have it. Claimed it has restrictions but after calling and talking and talking he still can't get his money. Law duties up you yingyang and then on u tube tictok all of the platforms are worning about Chase Bank not letting their money out. Keeping it.

I am very disappointed with the service of staff working at this branch. Even the branch manager is no different than the other staff. I went twice to open a bank account but they told me that responsible person is not available. I spoke with BM and his response was you can’t walk-in to open account, Take an appointment. I do entire banking with CHASE and never experienced this rude careless behavior. The problem is with this branch.

Today I had an experience that left me so distraught and hurt, and in tears that I had no choice but to write about it. I also want to point out that I came here with an open mind hoping to learn more about the company because I am searching for a new bank to open an account with. I had a check that was written out to chase so I came here to cash it. As soon as I entered a blonde woman was at the counter and I walked up to her because she looked available and she said she was with a customer (at the drive thru) so to wait because Daniel will help me. I felt the need to apologize to her as though I was invading her space. I looked over in the left hand corner when you walk in, Daniel and another employee were talking, laughing and conversating even though I walked right past them and the other one made eye contact with me when I came in. I literally stood there for five minutes and watched Daniel and the other guy talk and chit chat while I waited for them to stop and help me I was just trying to cash my check. They continued to ignore me, as well the blonde girl just stood there doing nothing while I waited to be helped...I couldn't believe this!!!! It was the most unprofessional, crude thing to ever happen to me in a place of business. And then, another man walked in the door and as soon as he came in, they stopped what they were doing, and I was left there waiting as they greeted him first! Unless this has ever happened to you before, you would understand that I had been discriminated against. I am a black female and when I came in, no one greeted me, I was treated as though I was in the way,and when the white male came in everyone dropped what they were doing to help him, including the blonde girl. I am so hurt by this discrimination that I will never go back to Chase again, and I will make sure to tell my friends and family about this experience of discrimination and being treated like nothing. This will leave a STAIN on Chase Bank's name, on how you TREAT people that don't look the same as you.

Chase bank is not at this location!!! It is located next to Fred Meyer. If you finally get there (ignore the map, like i did, i had to called them to get the location), you will find some nice people and a good service there.

The staff at this branch are amazing - super helpful, know the customers well and work proactively to meet the needs of their clients. Chase Bank is on a different level compared to the other banks in Bonney Lake.

The young woman that works there is very sweet and helpful. As is the man that sits at the desk when you are coming in, really kind and professional. BUT, the older woman that works there is AWFUL. After several bad encounters with her condescending, brash, “I’m better than you” attitude, I dread going in there (even to the window) afraid that she will be my representative. If you are so impatient and angry at the world, it’s time to retire lady. Chase, this is not the woman representing your bank, in an otherwise welcoming branch.

My elderly mother went to report her lost visa card and was told to call an 800 number which was no help at all. After three visits to bank was finally able to get someone to help her. Worst customer service I've ever heard of!

Pretty solid bank. Edit: I still think this is an awesome bank.

Great service. Been using this branch for over 20 years. Never had any issues. Jesse and Bill are wonderful to deal with.
