My mother passed away and had some investments withe chase, we had to close them out . Well Renee lamb and Nick Jackson made it a real fiasco to do. Because they stopped making money on it when you TRY to take it out, They dragged it on as long as they could . After many many calls Renee told me it was all closed out and was on its way. Another week and a half later we called and she laughed and said , oops I must have overlooked it again, meanwhile we are losing $1000s in the sinking stocks. Her boss nick Jackson can't be reached and/or could care less. We closed all of our accounts and pulled every $ after 30 plus years with chase. And People before choosing , take a look around, there are smaller banks that will treat you with respect . And it will save you headaches and money.

Used to focused on customer service, but no longer. My 80 year mother wanted to move out of the stock market. After leaving messages for Nicholas Jackson for a week, finally received a call. “Don’t worry, we’re watching it” was the response. Called the 800 number, need to talk to your rep N. Jackson. Escalated the case so he would respond within two days. Four days later and no response. My mother called Nick this week and left a message. Still no response. Chase needs to revamp their system so customers can reach someone to handle their trading needs. Nick is not living up to the expectations of a fiduciary. Shame on Chase

I walk in and sit down waiting to be acknowledged. Two male coworkers sitting in 2nd office to the left chatting. One customer at counter with three women behind counter. A woman with long black hair yells to coworker in office that this customer needs help. Then a couple minutes go by and instead of coming over to the waiting area and asking me what i needed she decides to yell from behind counter what do you need. I respond with "really your going to yell from behind the counter" then she decides to say to me "since your in a bad mood don't take it out on me, how can i help you.. i said I am not in a bad mood and never mind I will go to another branch. I informed her its called professionalism and you obviously don't know how to act! So when is yelling 15 feet away about banking information appropriate? Chase needs to teach customer service 101 to this branch. My local branch Brockport, NY would be able to show them how it's done! No yelling involved!

Good bank with competitive rates and offers. Convenient locations in the Central New York area for easy access. Good customer service and very modern as opposed to other nearby banking institutions.

Manager does not let you drop off any coin while they complain they need coins due to the coin shortage

People working at this location are helpful and friendly.

I am so disappointed with the service I received. I asked if i was a citizen when trying to open an account for my brother. Why can't you just ask if I have a license???? And the guy still refused to open the account since they were closing in 50 MINUTES!!! It doesn't take that long. That guy should be trained that CUSTOMERS ARE A PRIORITY AND RACISM IS UNACCEPTABLE!! Update! Spoke to the bank manager..she took my number and hasn't called me in three days! I guess customers are not a priority if your from an ethic background. Shame on you Chase for hiring such incompetent employees!

JP Morgan Chase is one of the biggest funders of the fossil fuel industry, pouring $268 billion since the Paris Climate Agreement in 2016. As a lifelong Chase member, I am devastated to hear this company’s lack of respect to everyone alive today by continuing to invest in industries that continue to create an unlivable planet. I’m moving my money elsewhere, I suggest others who care about their future and their children’s/grandchildren’s future do as well.

Nice bank, very professional, very clean just on Friday afternoons please have more than one teller working. Long wait to cash my check.

I hate coming here. This is the only place I've ever seen encourage a machine to do their job, and it's always a long wait for anything that a machine couldn't do.
