Chase Bank Boca Chica Blvd, Brownsville

Forget going to the ATM they’re ALWAYS out of order but still in service. So you’ll spend about 30 minutes in line just to find out it doesn’t even dispense or take deposits. Anyone who goes to this location, I’m positive, is fed up with their old machinery. To make matters worse they added advertisements to their ATM’s which people literally decide “hey let me click on this while there’s a line of 9 cars behind me.” LoL what a mess.

There's few Chase banks in Brownsville and on top of that the ATM machines hardly ever work. The covid hours definitely do not work for essential employees, by the time we are out, the bank is closed, ATMs not working or have to wait 30 min in line just to withdraw some money..... Can't wait to switch bank.

This is the third time Chase has let a change go through onto my CC with out my authorization, just because I have done previous business with them. The last company didn't even have the last 4 digits of my accounts so Chase just picked one for them and charged it to me. YOUR ACCOUNTS ARE NOT SECURE AT CHASE

Staff has No costumer skills whatsoever! I'm from Dallas and the costumer service over there was exceptional, but down here in the valley it's awful.

Refuse to help with account because they had only one agent to help. I had to go the other branch for help. Awful customer service.

I've had Chase for going on 10 years but in the past couple of years they've made a lot of changes and I wasn't sure I was going to continue banking with them. I came to the Boca Chica location and I have to say that Daniela D. is the only reason I continue to bank with Chase, she always goes above and beyond to help and help me understand anything I have questions with. She always has a smile on her face and is extremely professional, I will continue to use Chase as long as Daniela is working there. She's also been amazing with our commercial accounts. If they lose her they will be definitely be losing a couple of personal and commercial accounts.

Horrible service!! I came here to solve a problem with my account in California. As I was told to do so. The lady was rude said she couldn't do anything for me, put me back in line and ask me to get more details about my account. I did so. Signed again to go back in line and had the same older lady. Same, she said she couldn't do anything I got frustrated and told her I was trying to fix the mistakes of the guy who took care of my bank account in California and I was not mad at her. She said she couldn't do anything and ask me to leave. Everybody speaks in Spanish there. Well guess what I speak Spanish perfectly too!! Although I don't look like!!! Ha ha so when you talk about me in my back I understand!!! Horrible service!!! If there was the possibility to put 0 stars that's how I would rate that place!!! I drove an hour, waited more than an hour at the bank and I have to drive back for another hour. Thank you chase!!! You ruined my day!!!!

Horrible service!!! Your reason in coming into the branch is not important & not priority, training an employee how to give customer service that they themselves cannot provide is what they focus on. Only if by chance they HONE in on face to face customer service, making the client feel welcomed & cared for.

I couldn't give posting with out putting a rating. I give it no stars because I went to make my wife's car payment and they told me they couldn't take the payment cause I wasn't on the account. Wow!!! I was making a payment not taking anyone's money Chase Bank!!!

Poor phone etiquette and waiting 3 minutes after a transfer. No one answered and I gave up.
