Chase Bank Chagrin Blvd, Beachwood

I called to setup an appointment a few times and left VM's. At one point I even got through to someone but they sounded annoyed that I was trying to schedule an appointment (to setup a new account!) They didn't even call me back. I called the Chase branch on Cedar Rd and had an appointment scheduled in under 2 mins. They were way more helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with them...

Went here and it took 30 min for someone to help me with my business account and notary. Yeah I wasn't dressed professionally but that doesn't mean anything, you should never judge a book by its cover. Not sure I will be banking with this place much longer.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BANK IN CREATION. DO NOT BELIEVE POSTED TIMES OF OPERATION. THEY DON'T GET MOVING UNTIL 8:45 am. Absolutely incompetent. The ATMs are NEVER working - especially on holidays - and the system used by the ATMs is constantly changing, supposedly to improve the "ATM experience." BULL PUCKY. Every time they update the ATM system, the ATMs are DOWN. Then, when you come in the next business day after a holiday, they are unable to open the electronic doors and a long line of customers formed in the open air before they could also fix THIS electronic snafu. And to top it all off, there is only 1 teller available for that entire line of customers, she arrived late, and she didn't open her register for business until nearly 8:45. THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. Chase Bank Beachwood also does not believe in answering its phones, or returning phone calls. Undoubtedly the WORST "customer service" I have ever seen. DO NOT BANK HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I plan on closing my account with these fools and opening one at another bank that knows what the hell they are doing.

They are so hard and don't cooperate with the costumers

Never had a bad experience here, love how the ATM accepts cash deposits 24/7 - it's perfect. Employees helped me order foreign money the other day and it was in the next day and they called immediately.

Private banker put someone else's documents in the folder I was given to take home after opening an account. If I were an identity thief this would be all I needed to assume this woman's identity. It's an authorisation form for the social security administration to release social security number. All her info, including her full social security number is on this document. I called her to inform her but she doesn't speak or understand English so I'm taking it back to the bank & she'll just never know. Scary considering the man who gave it to me is a private banker who normally deals with the high rollers.

I had a bad experience with my loan officer, but also Chase cant offer the best rates and I’m happy I ultimately found a better bank.

I walked in and needed help with my business account. Nobody would greet me, I most admit I looked bummy. When I asked for help with a business account a gentleman said you need what type of help with a gross look on his face. I felt so disrespected and judged

First time visiting this bank , walked in and overheard the bank manager make an extreme racist comment, took a glimpse of the name tag (Carol Miller) walked right out , I can only imagine how she handle people of color accounts smh
