I hate that I’ve been calling them for a week straight and not one person has answered and the fact that it goes straight to “they’re helping another person” even though it just opened is unbelievable not happy

Reviewed at 1 Because 0 is not option Horrible Rude Customer Service the Branch Manager and Maria Valadao Relationship Manager after waiting 30 minutes sitting in the lobby I was just trying to become a new Chase Bank client to open 3 new business accounts they refused because it takes to long to open these types of business accounts they don't have enough staff .......horrible customer service....!!!!! They claim world class service its a big negative...... Why have 2 branches in Turlock when you can not service the volume of clients you have. Don't waste your valuable business time with this bank...:(:(:(

I never go inside the branch. It is very rare that I need to ask anybody for help inside the branch. Every time that I go into this branch they are understaffed and incompetent they are trying to help one person two people are helping one person there's five people in line it's absolutely ridiculous I was on my lunch break I spent my whole break in line and never got assistance because I had to leave because of their incompetence and they're understaffed. FRUSTRATING
