Chase Bank US, Dripping Springs

I should've read the reviews before going into this bank. I went to open a business account and it was a very odd experience. Almost as if they didn't want to have to put the time in to help me and came across very condescending. To say the least, I will be taking my business to a bank with good customer service that appreciates locally owned businesses.

I bank with Chase and often have to get small bills for my work. They never mess up the count which isn't amazing for a bank, but good. I give them 4 stars because they guy that's there during the day is SUPER friendly. It's very welcoming.

Chase is the absolute worst. It's SO DIFFICULT to get anyone on the phone. Been nothing but problems since I opened the account.

I don't even want to give it one star. Place is a joke. All older ladies so when a young person comes in they Dont pay any attention to what I'm saying. I wasn't even done with what I was doing before the lady gave me a deposit slip and went to do something in the back. Wasn't even done. Wanted to open up a business account and ask a couple questions. I guess since I don't have gray in my hair I must not need any more help. This place needs new management and better customer service asap. Will not be doing my business at this location.

This branch still charges an $8 fee for non customers even though all the branches in Austin do not during the pandemic. Seems very shady to me and another reason why I'm not a Chase customer.

I had amazing service here. Each staff is friendly and welcoming. One of best branches that I have visited.

I opened my business accounts with Chase a couple of months ago and use the Dripping Springs branch as my primary branch. Everyone has been great throughout the process and during my daily trips to deposit. I've personally worked with Kelly Witzel, the branch manager, and have been treated with respect and professionalism.

I have had nothing but amazing service since I opened this account. I am always treated in a friendly, respectful manner. The folks I have worked with have been kind and accommodating, some even remembering my name when I came back, which in this day and age means a lot. I have had a couple of small issues, (these were not the fault of the branch and seemed like normal issues to have when opening a new account), which were corrected promptly, often with the ladies I have worked with going out of their way to help me, even calling me to give me status updates. I have yet to hear the words, "No, we can't do that for you." In particular, Ginny, Sheila, & Lindsay have truly been helpful. I have read some unfavorable reviews and thought that the folks who wrote them must be going to a different bank than me! It makes me very glad I did not read them before I opened this account, as I could have missed out on what, so far, has been an exceptional experience. If you have any doubts, just stop in and meet them, you will soon realize you are in great hands!!

They Discriminate.. they made an unjust or prejudicial distinction in the treatment of me by charging 16.00 to cash a check from their own bank. They had guidelines for waiving the fee for others. Chase held my home mortgage for 16 years and made tens of thousands of dollars from me but would not even cash a check one of their customers had written me without a fee.

Chase Bank in Dripping Springs is one of the best banks I have ever used! They are always friendly and have gone above and beyond to help and explain.
