Chase Bank East Ave, Chico

In-house experience was nice, took over 2 months to get my card even after calling after the first month of waiting to see what’s going on and they said they’ll just order me a new card. I got the Card on 2/21/22 activated it that evening and then my account got closed on 2/22/22 due to no activity? Now there is an outstanding balance I owe due to it? I was honestly going to use Chase due to it being a country wide branch but I’m just going to go with Wells Fargo.

Ann!!!!! Best banker I've ever dealt with/wanted to invite to major holidays, birthdays, etc. She is personable, professional, and incredibly helpful to small businesses. I will never take my business to any other Chase Bank because this one has Ann B. Any one looking for a banker/bank that doesn't have the voicemail machine personality needs to come to her.

Absolutely the worst public service ever. Two tellers and a line out the door. My elderly mom came in to do a cashiers check for a title company and they wouldn’t let anybody be in line with her even though she is confused about things and needs help. The entire place is cold and clinical and very user unfriendly.

All the boomers are mad because they can't keep up with automation this location is nice and the bankers are great at their job.

For being one of the “busiest branches in NorCal” they sure don’t have enough tellers. Also couldn’t give me appropriate cash pull out that I requested between 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s. Is this a bank?

I received a suspicious email about my account so I went in to check on it. I was treated rudely by a teller named Arthur Sanchez. After calling the 800# turns out the email was a scam but mr sanchez told me I should have responded to it. Really didnt appreciate his eye rolling & his condescending attitude! Was ready to quit the bank until the 800 # tech was so helpful.

The new building looks nice but the customer service is horrible now. No more tellers! Just people that direct you to use the atm for everything. If you ask for help the assistants are incredibly rude. If you need new cards or checks they tell you to do it online. Unless you are there for something big, they seriously don't want to help you. It is very disappointing. They went downhill fast.
