Chase Bank Huntington Sq, East Northport

I usually don't go to this Chase but today I did. I was pleased to see no lines. The service unfortunately was not what I am use to. The teller (Annmarie) with the golden hair and bangs couldn't be bothered to speak, greet me, say hi, absolutely nothing because she was on her cell phone the entire time I was being "serviced". My cold, blank stare should have gotten her attention but then again she only looked up once to take my deposit and continue to talk about dogs having worms and how to cook rice. The phone call should have waited until I left. One other customer was around, he fortunately was greeted and treated professionally by the young lady with the pony tail. I hope she's not a manager if she is Chase you have a lot of work to do to get her where she needs to be professionally.

Not so easy to see inside the Huntington Square Shopping Center located off of Jericho Turnpike servicing East Northport and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance to. Clean facilities. No public Restroom. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

It's a pretty standard bank providing basically all that one would expect from such a business. The building is relatively clean and it is in a convenient location. It also provides customers with complimentary coffee and Chase Bank pens.

Great Staff , always super friendly and helpful

The absolute worse when it comes to customer service. Ronnie Bruno the bank manager has no people skills what so ever. Doesn't even dress the part (JEANS) and she wears her hair in a tangled mess. Wow Chase you really have lowered your standards. People do yourself a favor and don't use 17 Huntington Square mall East Northport. Also their investment bankers at this branch never come to work or call you back.

The is the best staffed bank I have ever dealt with. Every time I enter this branch I'm met with pleasant,prompt, and professional courtesy. The managers of this branch obviously know what they're doing. We just purchased our new home through this Chase branch. We applied for a mortgage with three different mortgage companies who promised things they could not deliver on, and who waisted a lot of our time. The mortgage banker at this branch (Joe Rienzo) got us an amazing loan with cheaper fees, a great interest rate. Joe and his team made things happen that these other "If I can't get you a loan - no one can" competitors simply couldn't come close to. If you're looking for a mortgage I promise you won't find a better person than Joe Rienzo at this Chase Bank to get it.

Perfect Location! Right between lots of shopping! Nice to have a full branch so conveniently located!
