Chase Bank Ruffin Rd, San Diego

I would expect Chase to be interested in me opening a business checking account but the VIP Private Client lady shooed me out the door requesting i do it online. I owe at least 44k to chase. I owe at least 6k to chase. I owe at least another 2k to Chase. I've been in South America and abroad for 18 months. My business will be back together anyway shortly. I just apparently can't do it with her. I'll try downtown. Maybe the water is better quality than in her cubicle. Just caught her on a bad day like busy on TikTok bad.hahahha

I am posting this because of the exceptional customer service and people skill displayed by this branch. Under the leadership of Kevin, I have witnessed a lot of excellent service. I highly recommend this branch for all your banking. They are very responsive, attentive and will always go above and beyond for you. They make you feel valued. Thank you for all you do mates.

I went to get an issue resolved with paying my chase credit card. Spoke to Kevin Uribe and told him my situation. He was completely rude and told me he couldn't help me because I wasn't the primary card holder. That I was just an authorized user. Well that's not true. As an authorized user, I am allowed to do everything on that card except close it. He refused to help me and asked me to leave. I have filed a complaint with chase. I also had the primary card holder call and complain. I will never go to this branch ever again. Terrible Customer Service.

They do not just cost you money! They might cost your life! Got a nail on your tire when you are doing an oil change!

This branch has one of the most courteous banker, they always greet you at the door and are very fast to make sure you are in and out in minutes.

Stopped in to open a very basic checking account and a credit card for a charity business. Staff was very friendly and tried to help as best they could. But the systems were so slow and unresponsive that one representative just gave up, and another patiently labored through it. Overall it was just excruciating. Took over 2 1/2 hours for something that should have taken 30 to 45 minutes. Sorry chase, I won't be doing this again.

Just deposited $1000 and the outside ATM gave me a slip states unable to complete this transaction call Customer service. The ATM then states unable to take cash deposits. Now I gotta wait until the morning and see if anyone answers. This is horrible to have to go through this when my bills need to be paid and I can’t I have to wait.

Nice branch - has small water bottles and anti bacterial sanitizer; however I didn’t get my card replacement I went there for.

Terrible experience. Bad customer service Very disappointing. Avoid.

This place is much better than the one in mission valley! We worked with Patricia and she was very helpful and made it easy and straight forward.
