Chase Bank S Bascom Ave, Campbell

Very sad. I don't know whats up with those tellers. They are so disrespectful and judgemental. Bankers are great. But those tellers looks and treat you so arrogantly. Maybe because I don't dress up? They are supposed to give service and be kind. It was my money I am taking anyway. They should learn how to treat their customers better, whatever they look like.

It is reassuring to have contact with a financial institution for sensitive matters in a brick and mortar setting such as the Chase Bank at the Pruneyard shopping center. The way the team proactively handles contact with its clients is highly commendable. I intend to work with this specific branch moving forward.

Went to make a deposit in cash of $413 in the deposit machine.. the machine ate my money and nothing on the reciept. Now I'm missing work which is costing me more money. Do not ever use the machine

Worst service. There are 2 service desk. They won't tell u expected waiting time. I had to wait for 1 hour , they came for 2 times in an hour and asked for 5 mins only. If I would have been informed that I could lot of things in 1 hours. BOA infront is 100 times better service than this

I went in, first thing in the morning to cash a paycheck. They treated me (a young ethnic male) like second rate trash or some sort of criminal seemingly due to "color" because the next customer (an older caucasian male) was not treated the same and was in fact treated much more respectfully for aome reason. No dirty looks from the employees, no attitude from the teller, and of course a sweet greeting as he enters vs. when I get in, and the Teller is watching me with a snarl from the start, no goodmorning, no customer service, just drilling with questions about my paycheck and working through the whole process very slowly with NO compassion. 1 Star MAXIMUM RATING for these JERKS

Ive never written a review for a bank, but I've been to this location twice and and both times was helped by Kevin. Super nice guy who cares a lot about customer service, both times using my first name to ask me how I was and what I am up to that day. Thanks Kevin!

Helpful staff, usually no lines, I like this branch more then some others.

At 3 pm no line, very fast service (needed to go to an operator). Very fast and nice.
