My husband and I started this process with another lender with a pre approval he was out of state, it was a battle to communicate with him, and just didnt feel comfortable with him. Our realtor referred us to Charlie. It took about a week of talking and reading Charlie's reviews (which are all accurate). Charlie was completely honest about everything from the first time we talked to him. He even told us that he would not have already given us pre approval. He told us what to do to even apply for the loan we did it quickly. We were working on a tight schedule already and then changed lenders right in the middle of everything. Charlie was the absolute best when it came to discussing financial considerations when purchasing a new construction home. He consistently made sure we understood what documents were being sent, what we were exactly signing and even took the time out of his day when our schedules weren’t convenient to explain the process. The most professional financial person I’ve ever dealt with and I will be for sure returning in the future when it comes to potentially another home. Charlie understood that I was a veteran of the United States Army and made sure he was on top of any VA documents that needed to be done. You would think being a veteran the VA side would be easy but there is actually a lot of paperwork that I don’t understand or didn’t understand and Charlie knew exactly what needed to be done and signed. He was constantly following up with the VA when it came to delay on them and again taking time out of his day to make sure things got done. I recommend Charlie 10 out of 10 for anybody considering purchasing a home and needing a loan officer.
