Charles Schwab S 6th St, Oak Creek

New Management I have been a client of the new manager, Jason Atwater, for a number of years, beginning when he was with a firm in a neighboring state. I am an older investor and am very particular about who I work with. Years ago, I was reluctant to go to any brokerage firm but he was highly recommended by a family member. I have been with him ever since, even though I have relocated and now live over 300 miles away and have plenty of brokers in my immediate area. I transferred my retirement accounts from other firms to him as soon as I was able and have been a loyal client, staying with him even as his firm changed hands. He is the reason I am now with Charles Schwab. One of the things I like best about working with Jason is his outstanding attention to client service. He is always willing to answer questions, help complete forms if needed, and offers easily understood explanations. He has excellent interpersonal skills to match his financial knowledge. I noticed that most of the posted reviews are from some time ago. I would urge anyone looking for a conscientious, knowledgeable, friendly broker to give Jason and his firm a try.

Let me just start out by saying that the mandatory one star rating on this review is far from deserved. If possible, I would score my experience with this location as a solid 0. To get the associates or at least the one associate I dealt with to answer the phone is painfully frustrating. On top of that they don't give you the courtesy of calling you back or communicating with you. The service I needed them to do for me was literally a minute or two of work. All I needed them to do was fax a letter of acceptance confirming my IRA rollover, yet two weeks later they've still failed to complete that task or give me an update on the status. When I first informed them of the task, they tried to act like they didn't know what I was talking about. I attempted to talk to the lead associate(Nick Drenzek), however I apparently wasn't worthy. They also tried to say they couldn't fax the letter or mail the letter, in which they wanted me to do it myself. Finally, they had a representative call me and leave a voicemail to fax my letter, however the return number led to an automatic voicemail that hung up immediately. I hate to seem like a Karen or Ken, but wow this is a dumpsterfire of a business. I would not recommend these guys to anyone because they're head to toe incompetent and make you feel like you're inconveniencing them. Keep in mind the trash location I just mentioned is the Oak Creek location.

If you are new to stocks don't go here I was told by the manager I can do everything online and be buying stock in minutes Tried setting up online and site said it could take up to 3 days for verification so I called the manager back told him I really wanted to buy this particular stock today he said bring me your check and by the time you get home your account will be ready. My account says I have x amount of dollars available but Tried to buy the stock and an error message came up Called manager yet again and he informed me I'll have to wait 7 working days before I can buy stock because I'm new and they have to wait for check to clear The grocery store can run a check through instantly but apparently not a billion dollar company The manager doesn't feel he lied to me he said I just didn't ask the right questions What a scam

I saw Google app say they are open. I drove all the way from Antioch When I was there find out they are close I be drove 45mim for nothing 😖
