THEY WILL NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE AT THIS BRANCH. WHEN I ASKED THEM WHY THEY SAID THE WERE MANAGING TO MUCH MONEY TO BE BOTHERED ANSWERING THE PHONE.

Terrible. Called in to see if I needed an appointment for a consultation. They said no. Came in and asked for consultation. They said there is nobody available and I should call the help line if I need any help. Staff was rude and aggressive.

I totally disagree with the previous review. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this Schwab branch. The brokers and their assistants have gone out of their way to help and make sure that I understood exactly what had transpired. They have been extremely helpful and always pleasant. I can't image who you were talking with on the phone but I have certainly never encountered them. Shawn
