Aaron was amazing. He is always available for questions. Purchasing our home in Huntington while living on the West coast should have been difficult. Aaron made it easy.

Aaron is awesome! He went above and beyond helping me. If I was worried at 10 PM about the financing process, I knew I could pick up the phone and call or text him. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing, which was extremely helpful for me as I was a first time buyer. Not only that but even months after, if I have questions I will reach out and he is always glad to help. I can’t recommend him enough!

I'm 42 and had never even thought about buying a home until 3 months ago. One day my dream house went up for sale so I decided to try. After just a few minutes on the phone with Aaron I was pre-approved and things just kept moving from there. I'm very untrusting and had no clue what I was doing. I asked a million questions which Aaron answered each one. Even though I didn't get that first house he just kept working with me until I found the perfect place and he made everything happen for me. I came to trust him he always answered any concerns I had and kept his word on everything he said. I'm so happy I got him as my broker and I'm so happy with my new house.

I will admit that Aaron was great when I first reached out to him. I had been dealing with another loan officer and he just wasn't cutting it. Aaron was knowledgeable and guided me through the mortgage process when I was totally clueless. However, the closer we came to the closing date, the more red flags started to pop up. Aaron kept saying we needed documents when I had asked him the day before if there was anything else he needed. Our closing date ended up changing 3 different times. Even days before we were supposed to close there was still paperwork missing. I am very much a planner and not a "last minute" kind of person so this was just unnecessary stress in an already stressful time. On the closing date, I was supposed to close at 4pm. It was 3:45, I was literally in line at the bank to get my cashier's check, and Aaron still did not have a total to give me to make the check out. I ended up just high-balling it and the closing company wrote me another check for the difference. The final straw came when I wanted to change insurance companies after closing. Aaron stuck us with some insurance agent that I'm sure he is buddies with instead of letting us go through Liberty Mutual. I had called and texted Aaron multiple times since we had closed and he had not responded to anything. I gave Liberty Mutual Aaron's number to call so they could speak with him and he said he did not know who my mortgage officer was. He just straight up lied to them. Please look elsewhere if you are considering Aaron for a mortgage.

Aaron and his team worked with us to make our mortgage experience a breeze. They were very professional and informative. I would recommend them and use them again.

Aaron Perkins helped me get approved for a loan when I had a bad experience with another lender. I was down and out after my initial encounter with the previous lender and felt I wouldn't be able to get a home for me and my family.
