Chris Afetian was remarkable and very knowledgeable in helping my husband and I obtain our refinance with our new home. He stayed in touch every step of the way and continued to follow up. I was able to contact him via text when I had questions and he responded immediately. He also made sure all of what we were supposed to get back as far as refunds we got. I would definitely recommend him and Chaos loans to any veteran or prospective buyer.

The other reviews had me wary at first, but this company has some new staff that I was fortunate to work with. They helped me re-fi my VA home loan and I have zero regrets! They straight up over delivered and I cannot adequately emphasize how smooth the process was working with Chris and Collin. I cannot thank the Chaos team enough for helping me save thousands!!! Chris you totally went above and beyond helping me refi my home. From 7am text messages to 10pm calls, you were always on top of the game and I respect that from you. From what started out fairly rocky, I will say this for the folks at Chaos. They have managed to make a sour deal into a good deal. Chris Afetian, a fellow vet, helped me when he had no no real incentive to help me. Chaos came back to me after a poor first showing and lowered my rate, and made the whole process a quick, efficient, and customer oriented process. I would recommend Chris and Chaos for a loan. They got vets in mind when they put you into a loan.

I just completed a IRRRL with Chaos and I just want to say that Chris Afetian completely changed me and my wife view of Chaos. Our initial purchase using Chaos was not a good experience at all so we were very hesitant in ever using them again. I had a great experience purchasing my home through Chaos Home Loans. This is the third home I have purchased, and this is my first time using this lender, but I would definitely recommend them! I work a full-time job and it is difficult for me to get time off from work during normal business hours to get personal things done... and their team was so accommodating when it came to my schedule. I was able to get everything completed on nights and weekends, I never had to take off a single hour from work, and everything was completed without an issue. We closed on time, and I look forward to working with them again next month to get our home refinanced.
