Very Happy with my visit. The staff was wonderful, and my Salesperson, Angel, went above and beyond- she was great. I said this was my last car, but I might have to come back again just to work with her. The sales Manager was also great, cracked jokes and made me smile. Got a great deal on my new car, way better than I thought they could do. Thank you again.

Brandon Davis is the only one I'll deal with at chatz Scott! I've had three experiences buying a vehicle with him and I come out on top everytime! If you want a reliable car salesman he is the one to go to! He won't sale you junk and he doesn't lie and tells you what to stay away from If he don't think it's a fit for you!!! I tell him what I want everytime and normally get my way! Bobby in the mechanics shop is a really great guy also if you need work done or anything he is your go to! Terry is a funny guy he likes to crack jokes while your filling out paperwork lol

If you have to go to a dealership okay but they will over charge you and there are places in town more than capable of doing the same job even better at a more affordable price. They mark up everything.

I traded in a 2003 Toyota Highlander, got an amazing deal on a 2014 Ford Escape and couldn’t be happier with my new car! The salesman Micheal was super nice, very professional and hospitable. Not once did I feel out of place or like I was wasting my time. I highly recommend doing business here, you will not be disappointed!

Took my truck in for a burned out blower motor.. All the guys were extremely friendly and helpful. It only took a few minutes to drop my truck off and get a rental car. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Great work and a great price as well. Definitely will be using them for any future needs.

If this sounds like your idea of a good time, come on down to Chantz Scott!! My experience here was an infuriating joke and an absolute waste of time. I would build my own car before I would buy anything from this place.

This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever come in contact with. We were lied to during the sales portion of our experience. After the purchase every time I called to find out about my new license plate I was told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. I just had to keep calling until someone would give me a straight answer. After that I had some questions regarding the extended warranty that I had purchased. Each time I called again I was told someone would return my call, but no one did. I tried emailing and never got a response. I chatted with someone from the dealership and was told that a specialist would get back with me, but never did. I tried the text option and each time was told someone would text back shortly, but never did. I have given up as of today getting any information from these folks. It is terrible to treat a customer that purchased a 45000 dollar vehicle this way. Please do not use this dealer. They do not deserve the business.

Needed a smaller car to save on gas for my work commute. Michael listened to want I wanted and what my budget was. He let me test drive a few different ones and got me into just what I needed. Michael was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful! Thank you!

My experience buying my Kia Forte there was very efficient.Carl the general manager there went far and beyond my expectations.

I spent the day car shopping, it was terrible. Chantz Scott was The 3rd dealership I stopped at, they were able to put me in the truck I wanted with payments lower than I asked for within 20 min of being there. I worked with Angel Sanders as my Sales Lady and she was Great, we cracked jokes and she was straight forward the whole time- no beating around the bush. It was a quick and painless process- and I'm very satisfied they listened to my needs and came through.

I recently had some work done at Chantz Scott and wasn’t 100% sure what the problems were. I had a couple things going on and told what them what I thought it was and described the sounds that I was hearing. They were fortunately able to diagnose it in about half a day and had it done a day later. After I picked it up I immediately saw a difference. I really appreciate the service there and will definitely take my pickup back if any other issues arise.

I had some mechanical issues with my Jeep. I called the service department at Chantz Scott and they told me to bring it in that day. With surprise they called that evening told me the issues and said the part would be there the next day. The service was great! The service department was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to get the service done on my Jeep. I will definitely will go there again.

EDIT: My original post was a 1 star due to the interaction I had with an employee at Chantz Scott, this issue has been resolved. The general manager called me and apologized. He told me that the employee I dealt with had been fired. I went back to Chantz Scott and was able to test drive a few vehicles with no pressure to run my credit.

I found this very low mileage 2020 Impala online which was exactly what I was looking for. I called the dealership’s internet sales manager, Jennifer Stettner, who was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The price was agreed upon and Jennifer kept me advised what information or documents were needed. Jennifer also arranged vehicle delivery to Greenwood which was very helpful. My buying experience with this dealership was an A+ in all respects.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They cost our business thousands while not recording our appointments. And by “appointments” I mean walking out to the truck and looking at the tires and dismissing you. They also lied and said they looked at the truck multiple times when the door was never touched.

Two weeks ago I traded in my Kia soul lease of which they paid off for me and gave great cash amount back to me to use to buy a 2020 jeep renegade. I love the jeep!!! Today while on way to dealership to pick up my plate and registration, a noise like a fax machine was coming from the vehicle. When I got there they immediately knew that sound and laughed. A rock got in to the brake and got stuck. They got me on my way within minutes. At no charge of course. I have never received a VIP treatment like this before. And a special shout out to Gordon Alexander who sold me this incredible vehicle. Over the years I lost trust in dealerships...now...faith has been restored. 👍👍

To whom it may concern, I purchased a 2021 Grand Cherokee L Limited 4 X 4 Jeep At Chantz Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Greenville, TN. I was introduced to my Jeep by a very nice young man named Reed, he took me on my test run and answered my questions. Very respectful and plight. Then he introduced me to the General Manager who worked out a deal with me and gave me two hours to drive the Jeep, pray, and get my piece before I agreed on the purchase, again very corgel and respectful. Then he turned me over to Brandon who did the paper work and answered any other questions I may have had, to even me coming back the next day to go over all the things that's on my Jeep, in which was very helpful. The salespersons were kind and they made sure that they got us the best interest rate possible. They made sure we were happy with what we were getting before and after the sale.
