Absolutely without a doubt the best insurance agency you could deal with.The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Having worked with them on a couple claims in the last 9 months, I couldn't be more pleased. Customer service was top notch. It was unbelievable how quickly Liz responded to my issues. She is always very professional, friendly, and has great knowledge. She responded to my claims immediately and within hours I was getting results on my claims. She goes above an beyond to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied and taken care of. Also, she follows up on everything in a timely fashion and very reassuring that everything will go smoothly. The claims I had were very stressful but Liz took all of that away because of her constant professionalism.

Great Company! Great Team! I recently signed up with home and auto through Chaney Buskirk and have been given the red carpet treatment ever since. I don't just feel like a number to them. Larry and Elisabeth sat down with me and explained my coverages in great detail so that I understood what I was getting. Customer service is awesome as well, always get a person not a recording. I previously had insurance through a company where it was very hard to get in touch with someone, let alone have an in depth conversation answering any question I may have.
