I was extremely pleased with the recent service I received at Champion Ford in Erie, PA. Having been quoted over $2,000 at another garage for a very lengthy and involved repair job, I was very happy to find out that, not only did I not have a serious automotive issue but also Champion Ford was so generous that they did not even charge me for the visit! They ran a pressure test on the car and did not charge me for that either. This is the first non-recall appointment that I have made for a concern that I have done and I greatly appreciate the excellent care I received. I shall absolutely utilize Champion Ford again in the future for car repair needs!

I have never had a better experience buying a car. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was not a local customer so the majority of the process was through email which was done in a very timely manner. When we were able to pick up the Bronco they made the reveal very fun for our kids…and myself. We felt like old friends or family. I just received the Bronco I ordered and couldn’t be happier with my experience with Paul McGranor and Champion Ford Volvo. Shawn helped me design my new vehicle and left the dealership for a new job leaving me with a new salesperson. I had one of the worst experiences in my life Trying to buy a vehicle at champion Ford last week which is very sad because I have bought several vehicles at this location And I have always left feeling like I've been treated fairly. The salesman told me that post covid they do not negotiate on price, Then he brings out this fictional piece of paper with random numbers saying this is the going price but it's not matching anything listed online that I'm looking at in fact they were the 3rd highest For that particular year make and model. Then I ask again about dropping the price When we sat down to discuss payment I was told by the salesman He'll ask if they'll lower it but they won't lower the price because they can get their asking price most likely when they take it to auction. At that point in time that's when I had enough I got up and walked out If you can get your asking price at auction why bother having salesman why bother having a finance department I felt like my intelligence was insulted. Then after I leave The salesman calls me on the phone and tells me That they would be willing to sell the vehicle at the High book value that I found. The vehicle I was looking at might have had low mileage but the rust on the rails where the body panels are spot welded on each side are horrible It would have only been a matter of time until that rust starts to creep up the side.

Champion Ford of Erie has provided services to me for 12 years. From Volvo to Ford, I have been pleased to associate with representatives from several sections of the organization. The 2017 Ford Escape I currently own is a great product. I have had no issues associated with it for the nearly 5 years of ownership.

My previous salesman had an existential crisis, triggered by a fast-food chain founded in Columbus, Ohio. "Where's the beef?" Brian however, did an excellent job of extinguishing the ablaze opium filled pipe dreams my previous salesman sold me on. The foremost greatest attribute of this truck is BlueCruise. Hands-free driving allows me to see everything on the road!

The vehicle failed while I was driving. A red high urgency warning was displayed on the dash stating, “Stop vehicle safely now!” Vehicle was taken to Champion Ford for service of this issue. Dealership stated issue was with accessory battery, but would not replace battery, because threshold for battery replacement was not met, even though the vehicle was rendered inoperable as a result of the battery failure. Vehicle is still under full warranty. Dealership did not resolve the issue.

Scott Arrowsmith and the rest of the staff at Champion Ford Erie handled my Replacement F250 Super Duty flawlessly. I could not have asked for a better experience and I will certainly go back for my future needs! A big thank you to Scott and the rest of the staff at Champion Ford Erie!

Pretty sure I’m being lied to about what needs worked on to pass inspection. In January I got it inspected and they said i need new tires and caliper and brake pads. It took time for me to get money, but when i got it all done, i took it back for inspection and now my rotors need changed and they have been needing changed since January. Like, im no genius but if the rotors needed change in January why was i told that they were fine when i first got it inspected.

Wish i could do zero stars. Typical dealership experience. Long story short... They contacted me on a vehicle i was selling on FB market place. Along with 3 other dealerships. I gave all of them the information on the vehicle. 2 came back and offered asking price but they had to see it, champion was initially offered less. 1 dealership offered sight unseen my asking price. I told that to the other dealerships including champion. One dropped out said they couldnt do it. Champion said "yes we will pay asking price, we want it bring it in." I clarified that im willing to go to this other dealership and sell it for my asking price. I told them not to waste my time. Again they said "Yes we want it." so i skip out on the other dealership, go to champion and right away they are acting like i was bringing a trade in(remember they contacted me). They had someone come out and look at it. I knew my time was going to be wasted. They guy who contacted me came over and offered less than what he initially said.... im furious at this point but i stay calm and decline. I tell them that i have all the messages and i clearly told them to not waste my time on multiple occasions. He runs to the back and come back out and they try to tell me my almost brand new car was "obviously in an accident and had a ton of damage to the front end steering and suspension" thats why they cant offer me the initial price🙄 My car needed a slight alignment after winter (that was the damage they were talking about) good grief an alignment to them was worth 3k off the asking price. I go to the other dealership and walk in the lady knew i was coming and had paperwork at the ready. I signed and she even tossed me 50 for gas for the trip to meadville. 20 min in and out. I wasted 40min on a bunch of garbage at Champion. Never again.

Call ahead and it makes a 45 minute process only 5 minutes. Quick and cheap rentals, helpful staff, and a nice selection of vehicles for rent and for sale. Highly recommend.

Brought my f350 in for a recall. Amazing service. Patrick the tech was fast, efficient, and spoke to me in straight forward terms. I will definitely be getting my vehicle serviced here again.

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They were accommodating to the large group that came with me and made us all feel welcome.

They did a good job installing it, was very upset they told me one price and when it was done it was 600 dollars more. Will not go back there again.

We had a great experience here, we were in a jam and needed our 2021 F150 looked at. They were able to work us in, repair the problem, and had us back on the road in less than two hours. Great service department.

UPDATE: I got two calls from Champion Ford today. Which I really appreciated! I must say I am impressed with the conversation I had both times. I honestly was not expecting a call and was surprised that they called. We got a chance to talk about the situation. I m happy with the new outcome! In all fairness, I wanted to post to let everyone know that they called, we talked, and they were willing to help resolve my issue. They could have ignored my complaint. The value of Follow-up for legit complaints means a lot to me. Also, I'm not a believer that the customer is always right, because some customers take advantage. I do believe that when there is a legit concern, the company should do it best to reach out, ask questions and make it right if needed. In this case Champion Ford did. Finally in all fairness, I feel because they reached out, I needed to provide an update. Thank you Champion Ford.

I recently worked with Brett from Champion Ford, Erie. Brett went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From his humor, providing us with lots of information to make the best decision, staying late, checking in with us on updates about the vehicle while it was in transit and coming in on his day off so we could pick it up, Brett provided a positive buying experience, and we will surely recommend him to others. We also worked with Caleb from finance and he too provided humor, information, and top notch service.

They were convenient for the most part. The sent someone to come in and get my car and sent someone back with it. They called when they got to my place of employment. It took 2 days but the car would've just been sitting in the work parking lot anyways.

Was very pleased with the service. Wendy was Awesome! At a time where there is so little new cars available and very easy to take advantage of customers, this place gave me a very fair deal that I couldn’t get at other places.

Was looking for a 2019 or 2020 new F-150 truck with a V8---and an 8 foot bed box and they had one! They are getting harder to find! After going over the price for a while they did come up with a great deal for me! Did everything online and they even delivered it to my house which is 20 some miles away which was great. The service department is great unfortunately the sales team is hit or miss. They do have some great sales members don't get me wrong but they have some dead weight as well. If you get one of the great sales team members everything is a breeze the dead weight just stare off into the distance when trying to speak with them. I bought my last Ford there was a great experience, went recently looking to upgrade and got ignored 🤷‍♂️ Good luck.

I ended up taking my vehicle somewhere else, because Champion Ford wanted to charge me more than DOUBLE the cost of the other garage for the same service.

Each time I have brought my Ford Bronco Sport to Champion Ford service department it has been a great experience. The latest time, December 9th, I had a slow leak in my my right rear tire. I visited the Quick Lane - easy in and quickly out. Professional staff, friendly and attentive. Well done Champion Ford.

Bought my 2013 ford fusion and have continued to get it serviced here without an issue. Friendly staff, show room always looks nice and the waiting/snack and beverage areas are always nice if you choose to hang out while they service your vehicle. They also run a shuttle that takes you to and from the mall if you don't want to wait there.

Champion did an excellent job handling my warranty repair even though buy my vehicle from them. They worked hard to timely procure the parts and the repair has addressed the issue.

I just to say Brett Perry is an absolute great sales man from the moment you walk in to when you leave he has u laughing. He will go above and beyond to help u in anyway . The last vehicle I bought here was years ago. It was a 2003 Ford Ranger. They had to fix a window that came off track. While in there position they backed into something bending the tail pipe up into the bed of the stepside. Damaging the fiberglass and paint. When I reported it they exclaimed I had no proof they did it. Though, they also never noted any damages in the mechanic notes. I was beyond disappointed and refuse to do business with champion anymore.

I wanted to Thank everyone involved with my new purchase . It went from a bad experience with another dealership to a wonderful experience. Everyone there involved did everything they could and I appreciate that so much . I will continue to purchase my vehicles there . Thank you again !

stopped in knowing what truck i wanted, salesdude (Gabe) showed me around it, and tossed me the keys. came back, he had numbers ready to go. we settled on a price, i paid a deposit and set appointment to finish up next day (it was late). came to appointment, signed my name a few times, gave them some money, left with my new truck.

I had a recall on airbags. I dropped my vehicle off, they took me home, and two hours later they picked me up.

Our experience at Champion has been top level at each an every time we have had a reason to be there. From finding the right vehicle to the service and repairs we may need, Champion will be our first choice of providers. It is easy to see why they have so many satisfied and repeat customers. We will be back!

Wanting to get my first car as a new dad, and I figured there was no way I’d be able to find a new car to lease given the current marketplace. First place I went was Champion, and they had a beautiful new Volvo CX90. Damon was awesome and helped us initially, and Matthew completed the deal and was thorough to make sure we had everything we needed. Great experience and will definitely return.

Champion Volvo service went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The parts department ordered exactly what we wanted, Tim in service made sure we were crystal clear on what the entire process required. The service technician took the time to fully explain how our new trailer hitch would be attached and how to operate it. We cannot be more satisfied with the entire process. Received a timely appointment for state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Champion Ford provided a shuttle service both ways while they worked on the vehicle which was prompt and the drivers were most friendly. The auto was completed as estimated. I was out of town. Had to have my Volvo XC-60 towed a bad ignition coil had it dropped off on Monday fixed Wednesday. Tim from service kept me in the loop as to when he could squeeze the car in and have it repaired. Tim also recommended to have the water pump belt and tightener fixed as it needed replaced. Overall great service and really appreciative of getting me in ASAP.

Great service at Champion for my Volvo! Got my inspection and some work was needed but they gave me rides and got me to work on time until a loaner was available. The staff was great and customer service was excellent.

Service was great until I spoke with the cashier. I had a card open with them, and I was told they were going to be switching to a new card by the time I would come back for a service check. I had a credit with the card and wanted to see if it could be transferred to their new card. I was chewed out by the cashier, told they had never used the card I had and that I couldn’t get a new card because “she was assuming I wasn’t a Ford rewards member” because I have a 2017 car. The cashier was rude, a complete Karen that seemed like I was waiting her time by asking about their own payment policies.

Went in for the basic package of oil change and tire rotation. Told them I would be waiting at the dealership. Took 2 hours just to get the oil change and tire rotation done. Then received a phone call saying that they recommended additional work which would take another hour. They had no idea that I was waiting at the dealership. Therefore I sat there for 3 hours when this could have been done in less time.

Had a great experience having my car serviced at Volvo Erie. It took a while so they gave me a loaner car to drive. Tim in service was excellent. Clean facility and all I dealt with were professional and friendly.

We originally went somewhere else to buy a Kia, but they did not have one in stock. It was such a cold and rainy day when my wife and I decided to go check out a Ford! We spent a little time researching a couple different vehicles while standing in the rain and getting in and out of our car. Brett Perry braved the typical Erie weather, and welcomed all of my questions and concerns! We ended up leaving a later that day with a brand new Ford Ecosport!!! We are loving it! Would not recommend! Charged over 120$ for aftermarket lug nuts. Did not provide services requested. They visually inspected brakes after a complaint of a sticky caliper! Labor rates are way higher than other Ford dealers!!! Go elsewhere!

My service advisor always treats me with great respect my car is very clean and just never seen rain so my service advisor accommodates me so that if I have to cancel on short notice he allows me to do that. Period

I was so impressed with the entire team at Champion Ford. They were enthusiastic, professional, kind and made my day easier. Ive been a customer for 10 years and always have gotten the same fantastic service. Butch and Michele have always given me the best service and given me any special prices or discounts available. The service team got my car fixed and finished in one day. Also Alex saw a few things that were minor repairs, like a bad battery, and I would not have know that until the car broke down. I'm from Ohio and was in the Erie area, when my car broke down. I was able to get it to Champion Ford and they had it diagnosed and let me know what was going on by the following day. While the part was going to take about five days to come in, they had it installed and my car ready to go the day they got the part. Truly great service and came in clutch when we were 100+ miles from home, definitely made a stressful situation, less so. They even had rental car service on site and we were able to rent a car to get back home that evening. Thanks for the quality experience!

What makes this dealership is they have patients and they are polite, what ever the issue may be they are right on it. The mechanics will also take the time and speak with you about any questions you may have concerning issues. They take good care of my Ford truck.

Overall service good, however I believe some work i was charged with was not done at all. 180 dollars for brake slide pin lubrication, I pulled slide pins myself and it appears the the pins were never taken out . They smeared some purple grease on the tabs of stainless shims so it looks like work done. If suggestions of extra work to be done, I will never agree to it again.

Got vehicle in same day without an appointment, had to get parts in fir next day repair, was repaired properly and satisfactorily. Had similar problem at last visit, but it came back worse thus time. They got it this time though.

Champion Ford recently fixed our business van. They shuttled me to my shop when I dropped the van off in the morning and even delivered it back to me when it was done that afternoon.

Was told service would take a few hours, but it was done a lot sooner than expected. They also had the courtesy to call me and advise me of something else that needed to be done and the price to handle it now compared to later. Excellent customer service all the way through. I have been a loyal and happy customer for 4 years now. The new text messaging serivce to get updates during maintenance repairs is great as well.

Traveling far from home and had an engine issue. Champion to the rescue! Despite no room in the day's bookings they squeezed me in. Ran a diagnostic ($100ish), found and fixed the problem (newly installed spark plug by a different dealer was cracked - rough engine/engine light ON) $35 to fix that. No upsell pressure, everyone friendly and polite. As great as all that was their shuttle took me back to my hotel. AND PICKED ME UP WHEN MY TRUCK WAS READY. Awesome people, great experience. Thank you Champion Ford for rescuing my trip to a family reunion!

I was satisfied with the main job that was to be completed. However I thought the multi-point inspection form had a few inaccurate results. My car is 12 years old and I know the car well as I have been the only owner. The technician filled out the form thoroughly but there were 3 items marked that were marked incorrectly. My horn does work, it does have a pretty bad oil leak and the brake pads are not new….they need replaced soon. I appreciate the extra time that is taken to glance over the overall health of the vehicle, but i hope in the future to receive accurate results, otherwise there isn’t much point of giving multi-point inspection results to the customer.
