Went to Chad’s pawn shop and saw they had six seasons of the Big Bang theory. The team of Barrett, Amanda, Quinn, Davin, and Hunter were all very friendly in helping the customers they were assisting. When the manager found out it was my birthday month, they gave me a special birthday discount along with the good price they offered the dvd for me. Great place of business and very friendly staff! Easily 5 star!

Horrible place, highly recommend going somewhere else. This pawn shop is nothing but a scam, will never come back to this place, they will rip you off!!!!!! If I could give negative stars definitely would.

My little boy and I went in Chads Pawn Shop on Friday and I was in absolute awe how helpful, patient and kind they were!!! My son is almost 8 and he is very interested in hunting items and musical instruments. Mr Nick was so patient and helpful and not only did he show my son different items, he also took the time to explain about each item! Mr Wyatt was so very patient and helpful with my interest! He explained each item I was interested in so very well! Mr Barrett was absolutely helpful and kind. They also had a lady who worked there who answered any questions I had. I have NEVER been in a place of business where the staff was so kind, helpful and patient! Mr Barrett blessed us with a wonderful discount on our items we purchased and Mr Nick blessed us with a complementary gift on behalf of Chads Pawn SHOP and also blessed my little boy with a few guitar picks for his new guitar we purchased from them!!!!! Mr Wyatt took the time out to look up items for me and was so patient! This by far was the best shopping experience ever! Not only were the staff BEYOND kind and helpful, the prices were absolutely GREAT! I give Chads Pawn Shop in Sulphur a rating OFF THE CHARTS! Thank y'all so very much. We stayed in the store looking around for about an hour and words can't express how awesome the atmosphere was inside Chads. All I can say is YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!! I purchased a 55 inch Samsung for 220.00 the female sales lady turned the TV on and off in less than 20 seconds. A gentleman by the name of Tyler carried it to my car. I tipped him $10.00. When I got home which took about 30 minutes. I plugged the Television. White lines was streaming down in the corner. I called to inquire about the possibilities of return or exchange. I was told to bring it back in. When I returned to Chads, the service was awful. They insinuated that I must have dropped the television, even though NO scratches or dents was on it. (Another interning thing I notice, the price tag said 349,00 but I was charged 199.00 plus tax.) I felt this treatment was uncalled for. I was informed that it had to be my fault and that a return, refund or exchange would NOT be possible. A family referred me to Chads, and had nothing but wonderful things to say about the owner. I wish that I could say the same. Two words ... NEVER AGAIN!!

Barrett treated me immediately and asked what I needed. I was selling a rifle so I set it on the counter and we haggled a little after which we agreed on a price. I had several other guns and ammo to sell and after we went through discussions about them one by one we came to an agreement and I sold it all to him. Barret was very respectful and enjoyable to talk to, never condescending. I enjoyed our bargaining. Will definitely shop there again.

I chose them because they seemed like decent people until I bought an XBOX1 controller, granted it was only $33 with tax nobody felt the need to tell me it didn't have a battery pack with it. When I notice it at home I called them because the guy said if there's any trouble that I can bring it back, we'll I tried but he basically said there's nothing I can do for you, that's why it was $33! You don't think telling me it didn't have a battery would've helped? I was honestly going to be going back to buy a few guns and other things but no thank you. That was plain dirty and trashy to do to somebody. I never make complaints but that was wrong!

Absolutely fantastic service here at Chad’s pawn in Sulphur. Hunter and Marie helped us and they went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible; and they succeeded! Highly recommend stopping in they have items for EVERYONE. Best pawn shop I’ve ever been to (and I have been to quite a lot all across LA). If you’re in the area and looking to shop, definitely make time for Chad’s Pawn!

My experience's going to this store is always great! Entire staff is friendly and helpful. I got most of my furniture and dvd collection from this place . I even got convinced to walk away with a firearm Wyatt was very knowledgeable with the self/ home defense firearms. I will keep coming back to this store, very good deals I ought to mention! If you need a gun, ask for Wyatt!

We bought a winchester 30-30 for my son's birthday. The price was fair and the service was good and knowledgeable. since there is a shortage on ammo we haven't shot it yet but will soon. Barret Taylor, marie Lyott and Hunter helped us and I have nothing negative to say.
