Chad's Pawn Shop E 1st St, Deridder

Extraordinary experience! The team, from Kenna to Katlyn and Tony, Melinda, and Trey all so very professional and welcoming. I have never dealt with a "pawn shop" and had my reservations, however this team made my experience great!! I will certainly be going back!! Thank you Guys!

Out of all the Chad pawns this is by far my absolute favorite! Kenna, the store manager, is always really nice to chat with and always tries to work with me! Katlyn is super out going and friendly even when there is a store full of people she always takes the time out to greet everyone and make everyone feel welcome. Tony is very knowledgeable in guns and tools and always helps to get the best deal! Definitely give the Deridder store a try!

Clean environment, friendly & helpful staff always available which makes conducting business here very smooth. Big jewelry selection, nice hand guns and construction tools. The staff go above & beyond to assist.

Wow. What an amazing experience. The professional and courtesy of katlyn, the assistant manager, is second to none. Great deals, great inventory, and very knowledgeable. Keena is simply awesome to and A perfect store manager. These two are certainly the dynamic duo of pawn stores!

I give Chad's a 5 star because Kenna,Katlyn,Tyler,& Toney are so friendly every time I go in to Chad's & I like that when I go in they no me to the T I just appreciate there service they go above and beyond to make customers happy there's never a dull moment when I go I appreciate everything they do for me when I show up at Chad's 😀

By the far the best pawn shop in Louisiana. They give me reasonable prices for items I don't need anymore. The manager is amazing. They have any and everything you'd want

Ii I could leave less than one star I would!! I went in to the Deridder,LA location to pawn an item the First Lady that helped me was super sweet and wanted to help until the manager (Keena) took over and was very rude the entire time. She purposely offered a price that was not what the item was worth and smirked when she said it. She refused to let another employee help clean the item and snapped at him. She did not make eye contact and had an attitude the entire time I was in there. I took my item back and will not return to that location.

Always friendly. Always fair on loans or sells. Willing to work with you as long as you check in with them in advance. If you do the right, they will do you right every time. Manager and staff are always friendly.

I came in to pawn a few items. I’m moving and needed the money more then the extra “stuff”. Clinton (I believe that was his name) was so incredibly kind, courteous and simply great to work with. I was comfortable that I was getting a decent deal and I was not being hustled. Love chads pawn for shopping as well, super great deals. All around cool peeps, and a cool place.
