Chad was recommended to my by a family member. He helped them get their home financed in what was an emergency situation. After deciding that rent prices were overly high in my area I reached out to chad for information, he let me know that I could purchase a home although I did not believe so at the time. He took me through the steps needed in order to get my credit where it needed to be to purchase a home. At the end of the day he was able to prequalify me for a home. I ultimately decided to relocate to an area that Chad wasn't licensed in and he got me in touch with someone else who helped me out.
