Chad and his team were incredibly helpful, and made my first time buying a home a smooth and pain-free experience. He walked me through the process at the very beginning, and was only a phone call or text away if I had any questions. Chad was very respectful and answered any and all questions that I had throughout the process, taking the time to ensure that I understood what was being said. His team was in constant contact with me throughout the process, letting me know that things were moving along and what was coming next. I can't think of anything that could have been better about my experience working with Chad.

This is the third time I have worked with Chad, first with the purchase of my first home, second on a refinance, and this most recent time with the purchase of mine and my fiancé’s new home! Every time I have worked with Chad, he has been an absolute delight.
