As a Realtor, I have had the pleasure of working side by side with Luis Perez since late 2020. In 2021 he and his team at Certified Mortgage Planners helped so many of my clients to obtain pre-approvals and loans. Each client was impressed from start to finish with his professionalism, clear communication and timely responses to requests. In Brevard County, most agents prefer to work with only local lenders, someone they know they can call on their cell if they have questions and who they know will deliver on time services. Most importantly a lender that will close on time! There is not a shortage of local lenders, however there are few that rise to the top in level of service. Luis is at the top! He has become my go to lender, the one I turn to first! He has worked with clients from low credit scores to get them credit worthy and ultimately pre-approved, to those with 800+ credit with traditional 20% down. He is the type of business man that is excited to come to work each day and serve his clients! You can hear his excitement each time he talks to you! As a Realtor, I have learned quickly that there people in this business, as well as lending, inspections etc. that are bad at their jobs, some are average and some are better than most. Eddie Rutledge, Tommy Griffin and the rest of the team at Certified Mortgage Planners have proven time and again that they are among the best. We have worked together on several deals over the past couple years and they always deliver. Some of the deals have been a walk in the park, and some have been more complicated, but they always work it out. I should have written this sooner, but I definitely am singing their praises today as they just managed to save a deal for a young couple buying their first home. After two lenders let the deal fall apart, they came in and offered advice on what my clients needed to do to keep this deal together, and managed to get a lower rate with less money due at closing.
