Visited 11/9/2019 - 10 A.M. I was greeted by an employee by the name Eddie who was more than helpful and respectful! Eddie helped me get my College refund check cashed and at a time when I really needed it for College expenses. Businesses need more people like Eddie to ensure that continued success and a high percentage of customer satisfaction is implemented!

I will never go back there again, I feel that I was racially profile. The clerk was mean and hostile for no reason. I was cashing a check not from my employer but from a the resident committee who gives a Christmas bonus out to the staff. All she had to do was call the company to verify, but the clerk stated I cash all different types of check which is not a problem to me because if the check was fraudulent I wouldn't be able to cash them check as the clerk would say. The two women were Hispanics so I could not make out what they were saying which is very rude to speak to someone who clearly speaks English. I feel that the women attempted to embarrass me by asking what kind of work I do and how long I been there, considering they never wanted to cash my check anyways. If you are black don't waste your time there, they're rude and unprofessional. I've never felt so humiliated. There is too much hate in the world , there should only be good customer service in the work place. All she had to say is we advise you to take the check to your bank or the bank on the check , NOT we can't cash this check because we haven't cashed a check like this in 4 years , I don't know why would you even mentioned what you did 4 years ago

I went today to get my city sticker, I got plates and title with them too one month ago.. so they gave me a price for $ 291.64 for one year, but I just have the truck for one month and they put the date like it was purchased on May 2020 and it was going to be expired on may 2021 only for 5 months.. thank God I saw it before paying it.. will never go to this place again ever..

I when to buy my License Plate Renewal yesterday Saturday at 4:30pm, all the ladies were more interested on talking to one another than Help Me out . They told to to get the Get the Smoke Test first they are open now and you will be able to come back before we closed. But they were closed already. They are bad a giving information and bad at giving customer service ...

I came here to get my plates for the first time for my vehicle and was given a hard time. First I over heard them talking about how they were short $33.00. Then my plates suddenly have a 60$ late fee. I can’t use my credit or debit card they said only cash. Went to 26 and Pulaski to a PLS and was taken care of in 2 minutes. Horrible place here on Cermak and Cicero. Racist and robbing people. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Good place to change checks send money orders and so on but bad side is they are always packed long lines especially on weekends
