Century Bank Grand Bay Wilmer Rd, Grand Bay

One of the most friendly banks that I have dealt with. I think maybe the teller turnover may be too high, but the new ones are always nice also. Hopefully they can do something about the turnover because it is always nice seeing the same faces when you are banking. All branches I deal with are very similar.

The Girls at the bank is very friendly, but this bank closes it's lobby to often and keeps it closed for absolutely no reason. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. It does not put it's customers first. Not just this branch but any Century Bank!

Great service and hospitality! But if they're closed and you don't want to go to there atm to check your balance , it's pretty much impossible to check it at all! The app is horrible and no phone number will tell you the balance !

"forgot" to mention their 9 day hold on new accounts and the manager was RUDE when customer expected access to some of their funds in 5 days. Worst customer service I have ever seen in Grand Bay. I was warned to go to other locations where they were nicer, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Here's everyone's fair warning.

Small bank but had really great service in Summer. We used this bank for construction. Can't complain.

Cashiers are always friendly and knowledgeable about the services I need.
