Very negative experience when corresponding with agent Jackie Pezzuti. We found her to be very insulting and condescending when discussing interest in purchasing a property. Over the years we have dealt with other Sbarra agents including family members and found them to be very polite and more than helpful. I do not believe the owners would condone or appreciate this type of conduct.

I have had such a great experience working with Niccole Vaughn. She’s is excellent with communication and always responds quickly in a very positive, friendly and professional manner. While searching for houses she would always arrive on time or early and would ensure that our needs were addressed with the properties. I’m extremely grateful to Niccole for helping me to realize my dream.

Marg Watson has been such a gem to work with. She’s helped me out so much. She makes sure she’s getting what I want/need. She ensures that I'm getting the very best. She communicates with me in an extremely timely manner. If I have any questions, she either knows the answer or finds the answer right away. She’s been very patient with me when I ask a bunch of questions, also, which is great because some of this stuff can get pretty overwhelming. While parts of the home buying process can be stressful, overall Marg has given me a really great experience. I’d recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

We have always used century 21 to screen tenants for our duplex. I spoke to someone who promised a call back that day. Nothing. Left a message on the machine the following Friday...no call back. Guess they don't care about small potatoes and I will take our business elsewhere.

Monica Schreiber was FANTASTIC. Easy to talk with, easy to make contact with. We have worked with other great Realtors before as we searched on and off over the last few years. But this time we went with her and we are SO GLAD we did. She actively listens to your needs and desires and works hard to pick the properties that would match closest as well as some we wanted to see as renovation possibilities. WE ARE IN A GREAT HOUSE WITH GREAT PROPERTY and in a GREAT LOCATION. Even though it's a little further than I wanted to go, it best suits the family. Between growing up and then my own family, I have moved 10x. This was number 10 and was the best. Our own home, our own land. THANKS MONICA!!!!

I am very impressed with the knowledge these agents have. I transferred to Century 21 after working for a smaller firm. The professionalism shines though everyday. Century 21 Sbarra & Wells provides extensive ongoing education to keep agents up to date on current matters in real estate. The office prides itself on how well they treat all their clients, return phone calls and go above and beyond their clients needs.

Good Luck on any property involving Heather! She will NEVER return a call, no matter how many voicemail's you leave her. Twice i had to have another broker answer all my questions about HER properties.

Open house for property all ready under contract....a fact that wasn't advertised and should have had "Sale Pending" on yard sign. Poor business practice..used cars and used houses..about the same ethics involved in both.
