C21NM provides agents with so many Tools & Systems to make them successful. Agents…if you’re looking to move to a new company, definitely give Kelly a call for an interview! I have worked in the Real Estate industry under 3 different brokerages since 2010. I am exceptionally happy with my time in the One Loudoun office with Century 21 New Millennium. My career has prospered ever since I joined the team in 2015. The systems and support that is provided is top notch!

I decided to join the Ashburne office but quickly realized after signing on and not receiving so much a welcome aboard or even introductory phone call from the managing broker that it wasn’t a place where I felt I would get support and communication. After two months of waiting I decided not to continue with my on boarding process. I was told by the office manager that the managing broker Kyle only welcomes people aboard after they finish their on boarding. Really??? If you’re looking for good broker support look elsewhere.

Wouldn’t recommend dealing with this brokerage in any capacity. If you are an agent you should know they offer no Broker support, instead they scold their agents based on hearsay. They are GREEDY! They expect you to pay them before they you can even get around to getting paid. They have so many hidden; unscrupulous fees! The “broker” Kyle Crawford is a rude, unsightly weirdo! Overall they are a complete waste of time. They will pressure you to sign up with them, just to treat you like trash once they’ve got your signature. The saddest part is that this doesn’t seem to be the experience for all, mostly people of color.
