Ive been a Realtor for 18 years. Ive worked with 4 of the top Real Estate Brokers not including CENTURY 21 New Millennium.I can say with utmost confidence that hands down C21NM offers the most tools, education and support to its agents than another I have ever worked for. I used one of their agents to buy a home and the experience was okay. However, despite the experience, eight years later I continue to receive spam every month from this organization. Having called, emailed, talked to century 21 corporate, and chatted with their web assistant, I find this organization to be complete unresponsive. Even after moving to a new state, they continue to send me spam every month.

I found the C21NM brand to be one of the most effective in the DMV. My experience with the Cap-Hill Office was beyond expectation considering my experience with overrated brokerages in tne past. Cap-Hill has some of the most efficient and knowledgeable real estate professionals in the market place. Their understanding of current market trends and ability to get the deal done is impressive second only to the exceptional management leadership there which produces amazing results for customers sellling and or buying a home.
