the salesperson was incompetent, she let the prospective buyers run the show. they made a offer but wanted us to sell them adjoining property that wasnt ours, then the same thing on a shared driveway where they wanted us to have it surveyed enen though it was surveyed earlier and was ours but we allow a neighbor to use it 3-4 times a year. also wanted us to give them a pond that we dont own for less than 1/2 price. never once contacted us within the time frame of a offer or counter offer, this last time it was 11 days past the contract time frame and after daily email and phone calls she finally responded with the news that her buyer had found a home in wisconsin dells that they made a offer on. i hope their experience is a lot better than ours. if you need a realtor contact rhonda rott directly
