Centris Federal Credit Union M Cir, Omaha

I have never had a bad experience with the CFCU. Staff has always been attentive to my requests and are always helpful. If I have anything to say that I believe needs attention, it's the length of time I have to wait to get through the drive through.

The absolute worst customer service possible. Avoid this place, you would be better off with your money under a mattress or rock or anyplace else. I'm told there is only one, yes one person in the entire bank business who can deal with accounts and closing them...WOW! And to top it off you need an appointment to see this magic singular person and they can't schedule appointments for the magic person either. You have to leave your number for the magic person and they will call between now and never...stay away from this place!

I left another credit union to join centris they are much supportive of your needs then looking at your credit report. I was in much needed help. Centris help me with only being a member a short time. The other credit union gave me a straight up NO because this, because that after being a member for over 20 years. I'm glad I move to Centris. Thanks again

Other than the fantastic service and kind employees here at centris federal credit union is awesome unlike US Bank, although when I called US Bank, at least they answered the phone. Apparently at Centris Federal Credit Union no can answer the phone because the staff is too busy!!! Which makes me wish I would of stayed with US Bank sometimes...

Centris needs to be a real community credit union. More like mutual 1st federal. CENTRIS still works as a bank.. it will give you a loan based on your credit reports. No if or buts. MUTUAL 1st do takes other stuff in consideration.

Need an "appointment" for something that takes 3 minutes to do....not a fan when I can go to another branch and walk right in and have the same thing done in minutes. Not impressed.

We went with Centris for our mortgage and they made the whole process easy for us. I worked with Jeanne at 117th and M and she went above and beyond to make sure we still closed on time even after we had overlooked something at the last second that could have set back our closing and it would have been our fault (clueless first time home buyers). She totally came through with a solution for us and we closed on time. We're so glad we went with them. Jeanne is awesome!!!

Wish at least drive thru opened earlier, Customer service very lacking. No empathy or c.s. problem solving skills. Take your money elsewhere. Never be overdrawn. Fees are outrageous and no one has any authority to remove or reduce a chatge or fee. They can do better. SAC a much better choice.

Worst service ever! They will tell you other wise and will not explain anything how it should be explained. You can never reach any one at this branch! I have called more than 10 times left a voice mail and phone number and not one phone call back! Do not go here do not do anything with Centris Federal Credit Union! Worst decision I have ever made!!!!
