Mrs Tina is amazing on Arkansas rd branch. She goes above and beyond.. we appreciate her willingness to take time and help us in all we needed. This women deserves a reward for her services. I understand the whole covid ordeal, but I can not get ANYONE, AND I MEAN anyone on the phone. Ever. I literally stay on the line on hold for 35-56 minutes at a time before i just hang up! Online banking is not updated correctly causing overdrafts, and can not get ahold of a representative to sort out.
