This is an awesome family run business.

I just walked in and this lady is rude as sh*t. She had probably huffed and puffed about 4 times since I've been here and it's only been 3 minutes. Why are certain people in the business of working with people. Do something else with your life if you cant greet or barely say hello to a new person to your shop. I'm not sure about everyone else that works here I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt but I won't come back here based off of her. Best of luck.. I guess

I love them they are so friendly and very welcoming .. ans reasonable . You can actually trust them. And I love that they are family owned

I have been coming here for over 25 years and they are the best family owned business I know!!! Always give you a great deal! Help out in hard times and have great items to sell! Wonderful people, very fair in prices!

Really nice little pawn shop. They offer service with a fair attitude, always have a decent selection of electronics and a great selection of jewelry. I'd like to see them expand one day.

DO NOT use as a quick loan to pawn your stuff! My jewelry was switched out for different jewelry and didnt realize. I have documentation on my pieces, so will be seeking legal representation. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL WOW

I have done business with these guys for years, They are always doing something. I do like the staff, they are friendly and knowledgeable. It's not pleasant when people get upset for waiting so long to be helped. If you plan to go their do not take your kids. The pawn shop is not a Playground. BUT I LIKE IT WHEN THEY TAKE TIME TO HELP ME AND NOT HURRY ME OUT. Excellent Customer Service.

Poor customer service by male individual. Denied items without inspection and no valid reason. Promotions state they buy back jewelry and watches and before pulling out my items he exclaims "only gold". This is just another overrated underperforming Merced business. I would not recommend to a friend but I would recommend more accurate signage.

I have been doing business with this pawn shop and the one in Atwater for over 15 years. I have never found them to be rude or unprofessional. I believe those individuals who gave a negative review are the cause of the problem. I'be seen individuals who wanted to pawn an item and were curtiously refused due to a large inventory of that item, it was to old or the market was not interested in the item. I've seen those individuals go ballistic on the employees because they wanted money. It's a good place to do business and they will bend backwards to help people, even if it might interfere with their profit margin.

I love this place and the Owners are sooo sweet. Best prices around the whole valley.They loan you more money then any other pawn shop.
