I recently opened an account here and was pleased with everyone who I came in contact with. Today I received many automated “Happy Birthday” wishes from businesses and doctors that I do business with. But today I got a phone call and was personally wished a Happy Birthday! Worst manager I've ever dealt with. Only bank I've ever had thats pends small cash deposit, mobile deposits, and direct deposit. Save yourself time, money and headaches from the worst experience you will ever had. Lucky i could not rate with negative stars. This issue today is exactly why i left in 2015 to go to community america. If my wife didn't bank there i would completely avoid even driving by this mess of an institution. Tellers and regular employees are nice though!!!!!

The branch itself is bad since it has clearly untrained staff and aren’t welcoming at all. The bank itself is horrible. I got a new card and one day it works and one day it doesn’t. Went off and on for about a week. Then they had a “system shut down/problem” which isn’t so great to hear. Also, good luck ever getting money back if you did a partial payment at a store and had it canceled if you were short. They really just take forever when it comes to everything and that’s not really something I can personally put up with when it comes to my money. I have been barely able to access it and that’s their one job lol

Opened a checking and savings with Central Bank. Went by very fast and they were very helpful. The app is greatly better than past banks. Very user friendly and more opportunities and tools that can be used on the app (Zelle, roundup, etc. )

I have been a customer since 2001 and I have always loved my bank. It has always had a small town feel. But things are changing. Customer service is not as good and their hours are terrible! I own a buisness and my hours are 8-5. The drive thru hours at the bank are now 9-5. I can’t go before work or after and Saturday hours are 9-noon. If they are going to reduce their everyday hours they need to at least have one day that they are open until 7:00. With all this said I am now looking for another bank.

I recommend this location! Brian was more than helpful, going through my problem with me. He well understood my issue, why I was confused, and he was sympathetic and set forth some solutions. I called the general Central Bank customer service; the receiver didn't care to understand and wasn't knowledgeable. Needless to say, my day was made here!

Opened checking and savings account online, followed all the steps and than 2 days later my accounts were closed. Went into the Blue Springs branch for assistance, spoke with Christopher Wygas/assistant branch manager, who looked into and could not find a resolution, advised me he would call me back. He did not call back so I called him and was informed I would have to come in to open accounts, defeating the whole purpose of online banking and opening accounts on their website. Also, Christopher told me I could go to any branch and anyone could assist me, further offering poor customer service in not taking ownership of the issue and offering to assist me himself. I lost no $$ but the process was not good, will not be opening an account(s) here in the future.
