Thank you to Kari Hopkins for such knowledgeable and friendly assistance getting some confusing accounts sorted out. Her help has been invaluable and just the shot of encouragement I needed in a difficult time. I feel supported as a customer, and that is so needed in today’s world. I would recommend this bank wholeheartedly.

Not sure which location Jay works at, but he is the loan officer that i spoke with about refinancing my auto loan. I have been a 1 year customer and have never made a late loan payment. I have worked very hard to get my credit score up above 700. He told me he could only get me down to a 8% loan because my credit score was 665. I couldnt believe that, so i called a different bank. They were very friendly and told me my credit score was 731!!! The new bank got me a nice 4% rate for an auto loan. I am in the process of transferring over my loan to the new bank. I am very disappointed with this bank and how the loan officer tried to trick me into a higher rate! Be careful trusting these people.... just wanted to let other people know. And Central Bank, please feel free to call me about this review. Your amazing loan officer Jay has my number, i will be looking forward to speaking with you about this.

What bank in its right mind closes their drive-up at 5:00, what about people that works til 5 and can't get to the bank. Most all other banks stay open til at least 6 for working people.

I have been with Central Bank and Jefferson Bank since I could open an account. Was not aware they double charge atm fees for withdrawing my money on non affiliate atms. They will not refund the extra fees. Closing all 3 of my accounts for this ridiculous matter.

I called to ask some questions about my father's bank account and a recent possible scam he'd been the victim of. The customer service agent was rude, impatient, and sounded like she was annoyed by every question I asked. She interrupted me and spoke over me constantly. I literally asked her to show me some patience because I wasn't sure how to navigate the issues at hand, and she literally spoke over me as I was asking this. This has been my dad's bank for years, so I guess we will continue to do his business there, but I wasn't impressed by the customer service.

Central Bank of the Ozarks has done very well by me. Kari Hopkins, Luke DeLezica have been of great help to me at the Main Branch and the South National location.

This is the shadiest bank I’ve ever done business with, hands down. Their online banking is always down, the fraud department can’t be bothered to address fraudulent charges, and the customer service reps engage in ethically questionable behavior- including making unauthorized changes to our online account. They have rude and dismissive representatives. We couldn’t close our account and move on fast enough.

I was in the drive thru this morning and Eric absolutely brightened my day. He made me feel like a friend instead of a transaction. Thanks Eric!

We've been with the bank for 30 or so years. They've been great to us and have earned our loyalty. We highly recommend Central Bank!
