I feel honored to be the first to write a review for this location; it is my pleasure to share the experience I had at Central Bank, before my visit I called the Ferguson location and spoke to Brittney, throughout the call Brittney was cordial, patient, respectful and pleasant to speak to. Brittney, took the time out to call a representative, (Tenoria Gayfield), at the Ferguson to inform her that I was coming. Immediately, Mrs. Gayfield recognized me and welcomed me with a smile; not knowing what I have encountered before my visit. I had planned to open a business account with another banking institution prior to my visit. Unfortunately, Ch... did not want my service; maybe, I should have worn my suit and drove a Tesla. They did not offer a welcoming vibe; therefore, I had to leave and start a journey to search for a banking institution that will value their customers on every level. I found that at Central Bank; Mrs. Tenoria Gayfield took really good care of me; despite of the changes we are experiencing all over the world, Mrs. Gayfield helped me to complete one of my steps to success, rather she know it or not, she was part of a change in my today, I'm praying that God bless all that work hard to make a difference.

I love this branch. Everytime i come in the staff is so friendly and helpful, even the security guard is on duty is welcoming. I feel safe and secure knowing that they have someone working security and I'm never inside the branch for a long time. They operate very proficiently. The branch manager Brittany always speaks and delivery service with a smile.

Sharon Johnson was so helpful throughout my refinance. She was incredibly responsive the entire time and worked to get any hiccups or problems resolved quickly and efficiently. I had tried looking to refinance with other lenders, and they weren't interested-likely because my situation might have required them to do a little work. I've been with this bank since 2012. I've never...had a problem. They have always been very consistant for me. The app makes banking easy for me. Every time i have called customer service about anything, they've been really great at breaking down the answers for me. I've recommended this bank to others.
