Matthew Heard and his team are great to work with. They made the home financing process very easy. It was nice having the peace of mind knowing that it was all being taken care of. If we ever had any questions, they were easy to contact and always had the answers.

I highly recommend this bank location solely for the interaction I had with an assistant manager, Mr. Dennis Williams. As a young widow, the deposits I bring into the bank are often more complicated than most. In the final settling of my late husband's affairs, I went into this location for some guidance and help with an escrow check. Mr. Williams was kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. I will continue banking with Central Bank for several reasons, but the service from bankers like Mr. Williams is at the top of that list.

The employees working in this branch are always super nice and friendly. I worked with Dustin today - super nice guy! It feels good to not be treated like a number sometimes, and Dustin and his staff were awesome in not treating me like a number. I opened my account in another branch a year ago, had no contact with Dustin for almost a year just did my daily banking tasks. He contacted me and told me he moved to this branch, it was the first time a banker called me and gave me his updated address. Customer care, another level, making friends. So I gave him a visit here and got so much done In less than an hour. Thank you for your help.
