Excellent customer service at Central Bank. I love the tellers at the motor bank that have long service history, Anna & Jenna. Jake is excellent with any issues that arise always gets them taken care of same day. Eileen is a wonderful CSR with complete knowledge of the systems and extremely helpful and always available.

Olivia was the nicest and most outgoing bank employee I have ever worked with! She was so kind and courteous and very educational on all details of my account! She goes above and beyond to help us out! Thank you central bank

The motor bank manager Jake and customer service representatives Tayler and Jason are always willing to go above and beyond for my banking issues I have had in the past. They are always greet you with a smile and seem eager to help, even if it’s something as small as a new debit card.

Really an excellent bank. Stable even through the last recession when they actually grew when other banks failed. Really solid and fast customer service at this beautiful art-deco location. Only problem I have had is their inability to stop their fraud-prevention software from rejecting a recurring international membership fee. Would have been five stars if not for that ongoing problem for the last five months.

I went in to set up my new business banking account with Hallie B. just a few months ago. She was very nice and extremely helpful. Central Bank employees always friendly and helpful. I would rate a 5 star except when I use the main bank drive through for deposits, it is very slow. One time I waited 15 minutes to make a deposit and that is just too long. I try to use other locations first but sometimes the main bank is most convenient. Highly recommend Central Bank in all areas except drive through.

I have been banking with Central Bank for 15 years! Everyone is so nice, professional, and willing to help! Hallie Batican has helped me personally with so many different banking needs. If she doesnt know the answer, she is quick to find out & get right back to me. It is a great feeling knowing my money is safe and my bank is watching out for me!

I frequent the Walmart branch as it is nearest to my home. I have nothing but praise for all of the people in that bank. I have to call them frequently concerning one of my accounts and they are always so helpful and so kind. You are fortunate to have these people in your employ.

Hallie was very cheerful and helpful. She had all the paperwork I needed to open the account ready when I arrived. All I had to do was sign and go.
