Kristen was absolutely amazing to work with ! She explained everything so well and answered all my questions quickly. Meeting Amanda the branch manager was nice and very welcoming to the bank. They helped with our new checking accounts and loan for a camper ! we are looking forward to dollar bill days for our kiddo !

Kirsten was so professional and helpful with setting up our first account! We absolutely loved working with her and will continue to visit the North Oak location!!

I called this branch because I had not received my debit card in 2 weeks. I was told it was going to be sent overnight so it would be at my home when I got back into town. Almost 2 weeks later after not receiving it I called this local branch. The gentleman I spoke to from the very beginning of the phone call had an attitude of not caring. I had to ask him what he needed from me so he could help me. Then he essentially implied I was making up being told that I'd receive my card overnight because it wasnt on my account notes. And instead of just expediting me a new debit card he said he would have to get his boss to pull a recording of the original phone call. Which is fine because I know what I told the original lady what I wanted. However after being with this bank for a handful of years I would have expected better customer service. Not someone who clearly does not care about good customer service. I shouldn't feel like my word is being attacked on something as simple as needing my debit card. And also as the customer I shouldn't have to pull teeth in order to be helped. Whoever that gentleman was I spoke too should not have a job in the customer service industry. Update- the branch manager went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She informed me that the gentleman I spoke to was not at the local branch, and he was someone at their call center. And that she was get in touch with his supervisor. She could not have done a better job to resolve this issue which is why she is getting a 5 star instead of my reviews original 1 star. Thank you Amanda!

I've got some SERIOUS trauma from other banks I've dealt with in my life... (Seriously, I used to DREAD going to the bank or even calling in for help.) So it's very refreshing to deal with this branch of Central Bank. I've always had a good experience with the staff there -- very friendly and helpful, providing quick and thorough service with NO trauma! ;)

The staff at the North Oak branch of Central Bank always make my experience personal - I love that they always recognize me and anticipate my banking needs. They are my favorite branch by far!
