    If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. This has happened to me 2 times and I’m over it I got a loan for my car and gave them every proof to f insurance they needed, they said they didn’t have any proof of insurance and charged me 5 months of insurance and made my payment go up! I just bought a brand new Yamaha R7, I called the bank the day I was there to confirm the damn insurance with them because cc powersports would not let me leave untill I did. A month as passed and they are saying I never called them. If I get charged for insurance again I will get a lawyer. Absolutely unexceptionable. I recommend to stay far away from these clowns. If you want a bank that is for you, USBANK and navy federal credit union are much much better.

    This branch is a joke. I have worked in the banking industry for over 10 years; while I can't speak for every branch but the Sellersburg Centra has the worst customer service I have ever heard of. They lack the knowledge and communication needed to run a successful office. They never answer their phones...even when the cooperate office tries to call, nor do they return your phone calls. When you do get to speak with someone, you get a different answer depending on who you speak with and what day of the week it is. Not to mention, as a walk-in customer, the tellers are more concerned with helping the drive-thru customers even when you were there first and standing right in front of them. From my experience in the banking industry, all of these are things you should NOT do to keep your customers. The number one thing is to focus on your customer and give them the customer service they deserve, go above and beyond to do whatever you can to help with their financial needs/requests. Centra in Sellersburg is doing everything but that. I will be telling everyone I know about these experiences and encouraging them to switch to a new bank ASAP.

    Wow the reviews are so disappointing. I was headed to the sellersburg location to open business and personal accounts tomorrow. I just relocated to the area and purchased a farm less than 10 minutes away. Based on the reviews, and additional local response I can not, in good conscience, move forward.

    Do yourself a Favor , use a different branch. I recommend the Clarksville Walmart branch if you have to use centra .This location has the worst customer service it's a headache every time . It's seeming to be one bad experience after another with centra as a whole recently though. It's time to find another credit union or bank to deal with .👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻💩💩💩

    I have been a member of Centra Credit Union for 20 years Pro - Friendly staff. Con - 1 1/2 weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon I made a $145 deposit in the Centra ATM in Hamburg and, in the middle of the transaction, the ATM screen went black and would not release my card, cancel the transaction, or return the checks. After waiting 20 minutes, I left thinking that the ATM would hold my card and I could pick it up on Monday. Going in the next day, the staff tells me must not have happened as someone put it in the night deposit box. What Centra does not tell you is that another company runs their ATMs and the staff could not say whether my check deposit remained in the machine or was spit out and needed to wait until Wednesday when that company emptied the machine. They act as they they have no responsibility for what has occurred since another company manages the ATM. Who knew? The sign on the building and ATM reads Centra, not Centra and ATM managed ATMsR' Us. Fast forward to Wednesday and they could not find my checks. Teller indicates that manager will review the video footage and call me the next day. Thursday - no call from mgr. Friday - I go in to branch. Mgr not there and teller indicates that he has not yet viewed video nor called as I had requested several times. I indicate that I not happy how this is being handled and request a call from the mgr. Monday - No call. Tuesday - I closed my four accounts at Centra. By the way, not one person asked me why. If you have made it this far, thanks for reading. Now ask yourself...is this the institution you want safeguarding your money? If you choose to use them, good luck. I never thought I'd be writing this review after 20 years of business. I say there are better choices.

While we do work with another company that specializes in ATM maintenance, we are an active partner and sincerely apologize for the lack of communication in this situation. When we initially checked the machine, we didn't find the checks. However, we were able to recover them this Monday, November 3. Our Team Members reached out and left you a voicemail. Again, I apologize for this situation. We appreciate your long-time Membership and would like to do what we can to offer further resolution for this issue.

    Been sitting at the drive-through for 15 minutes waiting to make one simple deposit. The teller didn’t know how to unmute her mic, and didn’t even read my account # on my check. Been with Centra for 14 years. The company keeps expanding and getting bigger and bigger and their service gets worse.

    I have had nothing but trouble with this branch since the previous manager, Dawn, went elsewhere. I have had money placed in different accounts, trouble opening accounts, etc. I just last night deposited a night drop and went to check out and the Sellersburg branch strikes again! They didn't deposit my check into my account. Sad but I live .18 miles from this branch and drive out of my way to Jeffersonville and New Albany to do my banking so it will be done right. What an absolute joke!

    The tellers are friendly but lack a sense of urgency. It's not uncommon to spend 10-20 minutes in the drive thru just to make a simple withdraw.

    Not happy at all with the service! Stood at the counter for 14 minutes and was looked at while 2 of them was working on 1 customer and the 3 person was with someone else. This branch needs to figure out a better way to take care of the customer. This is unacceptable
