Centennial Bank US, Beebe

Let me start by saying my husband has banked here for years but my experience over the past few days has been horrible. The bank manager repeatedly lied and held our funds simply because she felt people like "us" could not have well paying jobs. She spoke to me like trash and yelled at me repeatedly just because she felt she could. Thankfully I was able to speak with someone higher up that resolved my issue in a matter of minutes. This woman should be ashamed of how she treated me and my family.

I live and bank with Cenntenial in Searcy, stop in for a quick cash withdrawal. Very friendly and professional service.

We do business with this bank. However if your looking for a loan officer that wants to actually do his part of getting a loan pushed thru then I would find somewhere else. They are the laziest people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and in the future will look to place my loans in other places. I guess they are scared to break a nail or actually have to sit and do some work. Very displeased with their amount of energy and dedication that they put into their customers requests. There’s always an excuse about how busy they are. VERY DISPLEASED WITH THEIR LACK OF BUSINESS SKILLS ALONG WITH THE AMOUNT OF DEDICATION THEY PUT IN!!!!

I felt the drive through teller was very disrespectful, I been with this bank for two years and was surprised at the service I received at this location.
