Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. My truck was seen to quickly. They finished the job in 2 days, where the other Ford place wanted me to leave my truck parked in their lot for 2 weeks before they would even get to it. I will be returning for my vehicle repairs. I received the best customer service you could ask for.

Experienced a major mechanical failure (turbo)on my F250 while pulling an RV yesterday. Limped into Hondo and the Ford Dealership for help. James and staff in the service department went far beyond superior performance and had me repaired and back on the road in less than 30 minutes! I have never experienced such exemplary service in my life…at any dealership! Kudos to you guys and many thanks for your professionalism and performance!

Tim was great! Extremely helpful and patient with me and my million questions via text. I really made him work for it but he was great. Fantastic experience with him. Everyone else I encountered was very friendly. I got the impression things were a little unorganized when the deal was finalized after I signed for everything, but that could have been situational and it would not deter me from doing business at this location again.

I bought new Cooper tires for my truck. I called a couple days ahead of time to order the tires and they said they would be there to get installed on Friday. I show up Friday at 8am (my appointment) and they didn't have the tires. They called around and located the tires but now my truck had to stay there all day waiting for the tires to get delivered. They did a great job installing the tires but when I picked up my truck the tires are supposed to be to 36 psi and I had 2 tires at 41 psi, 1 tire at 35 psi and 1 tire at 38 psi. I had my husband adjust the tire pressure and now the tires are to speck. The staff was nice and friendly and apologized for the issue.

THE best car buying experience I’ve ever had! CJ’s persistent communication and patience was only outdone by his commitment to giving the best customer service possible. On Tuesday July 13, 2021 I took my truck in to get looked at because my truck had a leak from the AC. They had the truck there for two days and couldn't find the leak and they never diagnosed it. So basically my truck just sat at the dealership. James Rodriguez said if I ever happen to find the leak to bring back the truck. When I took the truck to my grandparents house my grandpa put freon and the AC works great. But what we discovered was that the guy that looked at my truck didn't put the cap back on where you connect the hose to where you put the freon. I don't recommend anyone take their F250 to get service at this dealership.

This was the best experience that I have ever had in a new vehicle purchase. Bob Connell was very easy to deal with and made the process a breeze. His manager Jay Gonzales was also very helpful with his vast knowledge of the industry. Thanks again!

I stopped in because I was having a problem opening the tailgate on my 2013 Ford F-150. James, in the service department, immediately checked my truck, and he apparently knew what the issue was and corrected it. I truly appreciate his prompt attention and the courtesy that he showed me today. I highly recommend him. He will be getting my business now.

I have a 2018 f150 with 131k miles. My truck is my office, and I travel a lot. I had no idea what was wrong with my truck when it had this awful loud rubbing noise coming from under the front. The team at Cecil diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the parts and repaired my truck in 2 days. Fast, efficient, professional with great customer service.

James and the Cecil Atkission Ford service team are always friendly and caring. They completed both my oil change and my state inspection in a timely manner. James offered suggestions for future services but did not pressure me into a sale or service I didn't need immediately.

I took my truck in to have a “noise” looked and James and staff were able to get it done quickly (not that experience at other places where they tell you to leave it fir 5 days). James even helped me use my FordPass points (instead of paying) for the oil change I had done, when I hadn’t even thought about that.

I very much appreciated Scott Thornbrough's help and courteousness, especially since I was 5 hours away from home and having car problems. Although the error message failed to reappear and he was thus unable to diagnose and effect the necessary repair, Scott managed to order, obtain, and install a recall part that my Dallas dealer had had me waiting on for months.

The process of purchasing a vehicle with Cecil was easy and straight forward. The people were friendly and I enjoyed working with them. Edit 11-17-20: I would have given Cecil Ford a positive review had it not been for 2 glaring issues. The 1st was being charged $300 for Window Etching and them not doing the work. I emailed them about this issue, but they choose to ignore me. The 2nd issue was saying they had a second key that would be given to us after getting the registration complete, but when I completed the registration of the vehicle there was no key to give us. I have tried to push the issue with key, but still haven't seen another key to this point.
