    Literally the worst bank ever and they go by their own rules

    This used to be the friendliest bank. Since they closed the lobby due to COVID that has changed. I guess the tellers are overworked only having to deal with drive through customers.

    Every bank I've gone too have always been able to give me change for small bills. This one refuse even though I cash checks there all the time.
