From beginning to end I received impeccable service. After listening to my needs, Robin Spitzler, the Realitor, explained my options and was the only person form three different companies that I checked with that was there for my best interest. It was refreshing to meet someone with such high work ethics. Deanna Farley, also worked with me getting the paper work together for the loan application. She has the patience of Jobe and again was always available. Their response time was usually within hours. I met with the notary, Michelle Zeegers, at my home for the closing. It took less than an hour. She explained everything I was signing and why. She gave me time to read the documents and ask questions. The folks with Cazel Mortgage did everything they promised and more. I highly recommend them.

Robin at Cazle Mortgage was great to work with and her experience in the process was made it so much easier. I was referred to her from a friend who said she also great to work with and made the process of refinancing a simple worry free experience. I am an airline pilot that took a company leave of absence (COLA) during Covid downturn in the airlines. Because of the requirements of Fannie Mae in the refi. process we had to jump a few hoops to do the refinance with cash out. She was able to make it work with her experience and we still closed within the timeframe of approximately 30 days and received the lowest rate at the time with a cash out refinance. She is wonderful to work with and felt like she was a friend helping a friend in the process. I recommend her to anyone with any mortgage needs.

Working with Gordon was the best. My realtor was not helping through the process but Gordon stepped up and helped my wife and I through the entire process. He was able to match other buy down costs and even stuck with his quote from the week prior. He was always available after work hours and on weekends to ensure our questions were met and that our loan was closed on time. I would work with him again. Robin Peters is amazing!! She made the process of refinancing completely stress-free. She communicated with me regularly. Robin could not of been more responses or kept me more up-to-date. She answered all my questions before I could ask them. This is the second time that I have worked with her, and service was as excellent the first time as it was the second.
