Cathy and Kris are wonderful! They respond very quickly when I have question and have been especially helpful when I have had to make a auto policy claim in the past. They keep track of change options for our home owners policy and keep me top of things. I highly recommend them

American Family covers all our home & vehicle insurance needs and unfortunately have had a couple claims in the past few years. Cathy and her team have been amazing at following up and making sure we are satisfied. Couldn’t be happier with the service Cathy & American Family give us!

I have been a client of Cathy Caldwell for many years. I have had my home and auto insurance policies with her this entire time and have been incredibly satisfied with her, her remarkable staff and American Family as a whole. Until the end of May, I had never had an auto claim. At the end of May and the first week of July, I was the victim of 2 Hit and Run accidents. Cathy and her staff rapidly submitted both claims to American Family for processing. Both claims were paid promptly and I now can have the necessary repairs completed. I have moved out of American Family’s service are but should I ever return to my previous home area, I will become a client of Cathy Caldwell’s agency. I highly recommend Cathy Caldwell and American Family for home and auto insurance!!
