Honestly, I don't know how I got in touch originally with Matt, but I asked him to give me his best offer when I was shopping rates for a refinance on my mortgage. I didn't provide him with the loan details that I was about to go with, and he ended up coming in with much lower of a price (with the same interest rate)! Glad I chatted with him and gave him a chance to beat the loan offer I previously had. The loan process was easy, and Matt is easy to work with. If I ever need to refi again, I'll be calling him first.

Great experience working with Dylan Sarron who is a loan officer at the Catalyst Mortgage. Easy to work with. And being a foreigner it’s a big plus because of the language barrier not always able to understand. But Dylan was able to deliver information I needed and answer all the questions. I heard about catalyst mortgage on the radio and am trying to sell my sister my property with a mobile home on it. I suggested this company to my sister but not before calling them, explaining the situation and asking them if the mobile home that is not on a permanent foundation would be an issue. After a brief hold the person I was talking to said that it should not be a problem. My sister went with them and got all the paperwork done and submitted only to be told that they cant to a mobile home thats not on a permanent foundation!!! Thanks for wasting our time....how unprofessional!!!!
