I have had the best experience with Castell. Donna walked me through the steps of changing insurance companies. I felt fully informed making my decision. Donna sent me a welcome card shortly after. I was in an accident 4 weeks after and worked with my insurance company. Donna called to check on me and ensure 1. That I was okay and 2. That all my insurance needs were being met. I feel very lucky to have gotten the referral to the Castell group.

When I need an answer to any insurance question, I know I can rely on the folks at Castell to give me accurate information. If they don't have it, they go the extra mile to get it.
